According to reports, the client visited the salon to get her hair done, despite knowing that she lacked the necessary funds to cover the cost.
After completing the hair, the hairdresser requested payment for the services but the client was unable to pay.
When the client refused to pay for her services, the hairdresser resorted to using scissors to shave off the braids, leaving the client with a clean cut look.

A Nigerian man, Abiodun Victor Olawunmi, has reportedly lost his life while in the custody of the South African Police Service in Johannesburg.

A circular confirming the occurrence, co-signed by the school’s Student Union President, Olatunji Idowu Alexander, and the SUG PRO, Tanimowo Joel, claimed that investigations into the cause of death are going on.
“It is with great grief in our heart that the Student Union Government (SUG) announces the passing on of three of our students in a household incident overnight,” the circular read in part.

Lagos big boy, Killaboi, who confessed to killing his girlfriend, has denied claims that her corpse was found with missing body parts.
The 26-year-old had admitted to stabbing his girlfriend, influencer Austa, to death in a series of posts on his Instagram stories on Monday, July 17, and stated that he was ready to turn himself in to the police.
Following his revelation, a message allegedly from a WhatsApp group of the estate where the incident occurred surfaced online, claiming that Austa’s corpse was found with her private parts and other organs missing.

A Nigerian lady has sought for help online after realizing that the landlord of the flat she had paid for had sold the entire building and fled to another country.

The disgruntled renter resorted to Twitter to vent her angst, seeking advice and support from the Twitter community.

The message showed that she had paid the rent two months prior, uninformed of the landlord’s plans to sell the house.
To her surprise, the landlord had not only sold the building, but had also gone abroad, putting her in a difficult situation.

Austa, the Nigerian influencer who was brutally stabbed to death by her boyfriend in Lagos, was reportedly discovered with missing body parts.
An insider who relayed the incident in the estate’s WhatsApp group disclosed that the late influencer’s corpse was found with her private part and other organs missing.
This disturbing revelation comes shortly after her boyfriend, one ‘Killaboi’, took to social media to admit to killing her in the heat of an argument.

A Nigerian man, identified simply as ‘Killaboi’, has confessed to stabbing his girlfriend, a popular Instagram influencer Austa, to death in Lagos.
In a series of posts shared on his Instastory on Monday, July 17, Killaboi admitted to fatally killing his girlfriend, who has over one hundred thousand followers on Instagram.
Though specific details surrounding the murder is not clear at the time of writing this story, Killaboi disclosed that a heated argument led to the unfortunate incident.
According to him, he was having a verbal altercation with his girlfriend, whom he had been dating for three years, when he ‘mistakenly’ stabbed her to death.
He said he initially fled the scene out of fear but has decided to surrender himself to the police, and face the full consequences of his action.
Killaboi wrote in part,
“I got into an argument with my girlfriend @austa xxo which fight I mistakenly stabbed her and ran away out of fear and been suicidal since then.
I want intend to end my life now cause I have lost the one o cherish so much
I want to do the right thing and turn myself in.
I will gladly die by paying with my life now.
1 have failed myself, I have failed my mom, I have failed my family.”

Nigerian singer, Davido’s personal logistics manager, Isreal DMW, has clarified the singer’s relationship with Trevboi.
Trevboi was recently declared wanted for the murder of a man at a nightclub in Lagos.
The incident reportedly occurred in the late hours of Sunday, July 16, at Bar 38 Nightclub in the Fadeyi area of Lagos state.
According to eyewitness accounts, trouble began around 9pm when Trevboi refused to settle his bill of N52,000. When he attempted to leave the club without paying, he was stopped by a bouncer stationed at the entrance. Read here.
Many news platforms reported the incident, describing Trevboi as a former signee of Davido’s record label, DMW.
However, Davido’s aide, Isreal DMW, revealed through his Instagram stories that Trevboi was never signed to DMW.
Isreal DMW explained that Trevboi was simply someone whom Davido once supported voluntarily by collaborating on a song.
He further disclosed that Davido generously covered all the expenses for Trevboi’s music video, but they have since parted ways.
“Trev was never Oga’s signee. He was just somebody whom Oga assisted freely, by, jumping into his song. Oga even paid everything for his video shoot. Oga, long parted ways with him when he even had the guts to insult Oga, as a payback for all his kindness,” he wrote.
Judy Austin, actress and second wife of popular Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, has for the first time taken to social media to directly address those criticizing her marriage to the actor.
In a video shared via Yul’s official Facebook page, Judy, who recently welcomed her second child with the actor, expressed outrage at those constantly trolling her and her husband.

According to Esther, she plans to visit Nigeria to meet her boyfriend’s family. However, she is unsettled by the fact that he’s asking her to bear all the travel expenses.
