The actress was involved in a near-death accident in the early hours of December 28, 2015.
According to star actress, she was on her way home from an event when a fully loaded allegedly belonging to Dangote had a brake failure.
It was said that four different vehicles collided due to the unfortunate incident.
“Thank God for our lives. How can a whole Dangote trailer be on motion without a brake,” Dayo Amusa queried.

While most people around the country were enjoying their holidays on boxing day, Saturday, 26th of December, 2015, twin brothers and their friend were shot dead by a trigger happy policeman who also killed himself.
It was also revealed the twin boys were the only children of their mother and they lost their father back in 2014.
Seventy-five-year-old Beatrice Oyesolu, the mother of the twin brothers shot dead by the policeman guarding Paulson Hotel on Anibaba Street, Ketu-Ikosi, Lagos, told Punch the promises her children made to her had been shattered.
The septuagenarian said the children ─ Taiye, a naval officer and Kehinde, an engineer ─ had concluded plans to start building her a house next month before the tragedy struck.
The twin brothers, aged 34, who hailed from Oro, Kwara State, were bachelors.
The drunken policeman, Stephen James, with Force number 217884, had opened fire on the brothers and their friend, Jeje, who was celebrating his birthday on the fateful day.
The trio had cautioned him to stop harassing customers, who reportedly declined to buy him bottles of beer.
James, said to be a drug addict and notorious for shooting sporadically, killed the twins and their friend before he shot himself dead.
It took entreaties from residents around the hotel to stop the angry mob who wanted to set the facility on fire. Sympathisers thronged a house in the community, where the twins’ mother, who lived in Mile 12, was brought to. The sympathisers rallied round her as she cried uncontrollably.
She said:
“I just came back from church yesterday when they broke the news of their death to me. The government should help me because Taiye and Kehinde were the only hope I have. I have been stripped naked because they are my clothes. Who will I turn to now?
“They promised me a lot of things next year. They wanted to start building a house on my parcel of land next month. This is the seventh month after the death of their father.”

In a news release issued this morning, and broadcast on Hip TV, the organizers Smooth Promotions announce that the highly anticipated show will now hold on New Year’s Day Friday, January 1, 2016.
The statement does not give reasons for the push, but suggests the postponement adds another opportunity for the organizers to deliver an event many expect to be truly remarkable.
The event will now coincide with the equally hugely anticipated January 1st concert by Ali Baba. Nigerian Music Video Awards which was to hold on December 17, 2015, was also postponed indefinitely.

On 25th of December, a man and his 3 year old son was involved in a ghastly car crash on A421 near Marston, Bedfordshire, at 11.10 pm.
The accident claimed his life as he was pronounced dead at the scene after a single vehicle collision, while his 3 year old son was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The man’s wife, who was also in the vehicle, survived and is being treated at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge, with serious injuries.
Investigating, Bedforshire Police Sergeant Simon Goldsmith said:
‘Any death on the road is tragic but this incident is even more poignant given the day it occurred.
Next of kin have been informed and our specialist family liaison officers are providing support to relatives.’
A young man identified as Anselm Ugwoke killed his father on Christmas Day in Enugu during a heated argument.
The deceased is identified as Paulinus Ugwuoke, 60, from Imilike Agu in Udenu Local Government Area of Enugu state.
The spokesman for the Enugu State Police Command who confirmed the incident said the police were on the culprit’s trail.
It was gathered that on December 25, at about 10pm, Anselm Ugwuoke had engaged the father with his friends in a serious exchange of words over a yet to be established issue and later resulted in the alleged hitting of the father with an object which left him unconscious and later was confirmed dead thereby throwing the community into mourning mood.
It was further gathered that having noticed what has happened,Anselm and his friends took to their heels.
A full scale investigations have commenced into the alleged incident while manhunt on Anselm and friends have been intensified Just as the Elder brother to Anselm one Sunday Ugwuoke has expressed grief and surprise over the death of their father as allegedly occasioned by his younger brother and friends.
“I’m still in shock over what has happened but i know that we will still get Anselm” Sunday said.
The body of the deceased is now deposited in a nearby hospital for post mortem examinations.

A teenage girl died on Boxing Day after her dad accidentally shot her in the face with a gun he thought wasn’t loaded.
Kaitlyn Pullam, 17, died two days after her family made the heartbreaking decision to switch off her life support machine on Christmas Eve.
The youngster was shot on December 20 at her home in Ohio. Butler County Sheriff Mark Dobbs told KFVS news her father thought the gun was not loaded and it went off by mistake.
Cops found Kaitlyn in her bedroom unresponsive and a what appeared to be a single gunshot wound to her face.
She didn’t have a pulse when officers arrived.
Paramedics rushed her to hospital where her heart restarted, but she remained in a coma until her family were forced into their desperate decision on December 24.
Witnesses said the black powder rifle went off and shot her through the wall.
Pastor David Stewart said:
“They [the family] just greatly appreciate everything that people have done. “They’ve have been surprised by the number of people who’ve wanted to be involved and connecting. “They’ve been overwhelmed by the amount and outpouring of generosity.”
Pastor Stewart described Kaitlyn as an intelligent girl who had dreams of working in forensics.
“She had goals, she was driven, she was going to accomplish those,” he said. “In fact, she really had already graduated, but was going to hang out for just one more semester just to walk with everybody else.”
An investigation has been launched after a Malaysia Airlines plane took off from Auckland Airport on Christmas Day and surprised the pilot with the direction it started flying.
Just eight minutes into the direct flight to Kuala Lumpur, MH132’s pilot queried why his Airbus A330 was heading so far south.
He wondered why the plane was heading towards Melbourne and not taking a more direct flight path to the Malaysian capital.
It is understood passengers on board the flight, which left at 2.23am Christmas Day, were not alerted to the mix-up.
During discussions with air traffic controllers at the Auckland Oceanic control centre, the pilot was informed of the flight plan his airline had given to Airways, which manages air traffic control for New Zealand and South Pacific.
He then continued across the Tasman Sea before heading northwest to Kuala Lumpur.
Although there were no apparent safety concerns with the confusion, Airways yesterday confirmed it was investigating.
“We have an internal safety team who will investigate it,” a spokeswoman said. “The flight plan the airline filed with us was going to Kuala Lumpur but via a slightly different route than the pilot was expecting.”
Airways will “work closely” with the much-maligned carrier to find out how the confusion came about, the spokeswoman said.
Last year, 577 crew and passengers lost their lives on two separate Malaysia Airlines flights.
Flight MH370 disappeared between Kuala Lumpur and Beijing for unknown reasons in March and MH17 was shot down by a Russian-made missile over Ukraine in July.
New Zealand aviation commentator Peter Clark praised the pilot for his actions.
“The pilot has done a very good job by noticing it, querying it and not just blindly flying off and ending up in the Southern Ocean,” he said.
He said if Malaysia Airlines was now a responsible airline, “which I hope it is after everything that has happened”, it would ask for an explanation and investigate.
Flights on the route often travel around the bottom of Australia to avoid bad weather or head-winds, Clark said.
“The pilot was probably not used to going that far south.”
WeatherWatch head analyst Philip Duncan said he flew out of Auckland this week in “perfect conditions”. A large high was settling across the Tasman Sea.
The weather between New Zealand and Kuala Lumpur was “fairly calm”, but Duncan said thunderstorms across northern Australia and Papua New Guinea may have influenced Malaysia Airlines’ preferred route.
