Church Members Scramble For Holy Condom Blessed By Pastor In Kenya

3163845_pastorpaulsanyangorecondoms

A man of God in Kenya, Pastor Paul Sanyangore , has caused another stir in that country after he blessed condoms for his church members during a service, reports Nehanda Radio.

According to the reports, there was almost a stampede as church members , both married and singles, rushed to get the anointed condoms from the Pastor who is regarded as one of the most controversial in the East African country.

Justifying his actions, Pastor Sanyangore was said to have told reporters that a woman brought the condoms for him to anoint so she could use with her husband who had abandoned her for two years and only went back to her few days earlier.

“I prophesied to a certain woman that her husband would return two years after his mysterious disappearance. I am not sure but during the week, the husband called her telling her he would come back home.

She came to church and during prayer time, she took the condoms out and handed them to my assistant asking if they were okay to use when her husband returns.

I saw nothing wrong in her using them with her husband after two years of absence. Who knows what he was doing there so it is better to be safe.

When I prayed for the condoms, some women came out and wanted to have them.”

Surely the end of time is at hand.

“Jonathan Was Inexperienced, Not Incompetent” – IBB.

GEJ-IBB

General Ibrahim Babangida, a former military president, has disagreed with critics of former President Goodluck Jonathan who described him as incompetent. The retired general instead says Jonathan was rather “inexperienced” than “incompetent.

The General made his stand known to The Interview magazine in the December 2015 edition, where he argued that Jonathan “is a very pleasant person” and that he believed the former president meant well for the country.

Asked about the perception that Jonathan is a good person but was “incompetent”, Babangida replied:

“If you use inexperience, I will buy that.”

The general however, refused to disclose whom he really supported between Jonathan and Muhammadu Buhari, who he overthrew in a bloodless coup in 1985.

Asked if he played a double game by declaring support for both men when they visited him, Babangida said he was “intelligent enough” to know that he had “only one vote”.

Donald Trump Calls For Complete Ban On Muslim Entry Into The United States.

Donald-Trump-

Republican presidential front-runner, Donald Trump, called on Monday, the barring of all Muslims from entering the United States.

According to a campaign press release, Donald said:

“Donald J. Trump is calling for a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country’s representatives can figure out what is going on,” “Without looking at the various polling data, it is obvious to anybody the hatred is beyond comprehension. Where this hatred comes from and why we will have to determine,”Until we are able to determine and understand this problem and the dangerous threat it poses, our country cannot be the victims of horrendous attacks by people that believe only in Jihad, and have no sense of reason or respect for human life.”

Trump’s campaign added in the release that such a ban should remain in effect “until our country’s representatives can figure out what is going on.”

Trump, has previously called for surveillance against mosques and said he was open to establishing a database for all Muslims living in the U.S..

Trump confirmed that his policy would not apply to current Muslims in the U.S. during a Fox News interview on Monday evening.

“I have Muslim friends, Greta, and they’re wonderful people. But there’s a tremendous section and cross-section of Muslims living in our country who have tremendous animosity,” he told Fox News anchor Greta Van Susteren. “It does not apply to people living in the country, except we have to be vigilant.”

“We Were Paraded Because We Could Not Bribe Police” – Suspected Cultists.

Suspected Cultists

Suspected cultists, numbered at seven, who are alleged to be terrorizing Ijora Badia and its environs in Lagos, have reportedly been arrested during the initiation by officers of the Lagos State Police.

But some of the suspects identified as Nora Benson, 18; Monday Dennis, 21; James Francis, 31 and Jeremiah Okereke, 21, denied the allegation.

The police claimed they carried out the arrest following the directives of the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Fatia Owoseni, to rid the state of cultists and cult-related activities which have claimed the lives of several innocent persons in recent times, in the state.

One of the suspects, 18-year-old mother of one, Nora Benson, said she was attending a friend’s party when she was arrested.

She said:

“I live in Lekki but I used to worked in Ikoyi before I fell sick and went for operation. It was not up to three weeks I came back. I have a two-year-old son but I am not yet married.

“My friend, Blessing, invited me to a party. Everyone goes to parties even in a church we go for parties. I don’t know where she is now. She left with her boyfriend three hours before I was arrested at the venue of the party. I don’t know the address of the place because I have not been there before.”

Talking about the tattoo on her skin, Nora, who is from Cross River State, adding she got the tattoo when she went to play football in Egypt.

“I drew it on my hand when my colleagues were drawing tattoo. I played with Ultimate Queens. I left my son inside the house at about 6pm when I was going out. I thought I would spend about an hour.“So, I thought I was going to spend less than an hour at the place. I was troubled when I didn’t see Blessing who invited me. I decided to find my way out of the party venue so that I can go back home before the vigilante got me.”

Referring to the colour of clothes she was wearing, Nora said the red and white was not the dress code of the party.

She said:

“I just decided to dress like this and I don’t know why these other people are dressed like me. I have told the police that I don’t have anybody around because I just packed into the compound about three weeks ago. I rented the apartment immediately I came from my village to seek greener pastures. I left my home town because the father of my child could not take care of me and my baby. He keeps fighting me, using cutlass to attack me. Instead of me to die with my child, I had to leave.”

Another suspect, Monday Dennis also denied being a member of any gang, adding that the police refused to release them as they could not bribe them.

“My friend popularly called Million, invited me to a party at Ijora Badia. We were drinking at about 10pm, when members of a vigilante group arrested us and took us to the station.
“Some of us who had money have been released on bail while they transferred those that could not pay to SARS. It is one Yetunde that informed the police that I am the gang leader. I am not a cultist. The policeman that interrogated me accused me of being stubborn, disrespectful and not giving him money. I am 29 years old and a cleaner in Ikoyi.”

“No Cause For Alarm” – Buhari Disowns Social Media Bill.

Buharis-Ministerial-List

Following reports of the move by the Nigerian senate to pass a bill censoring social media, President Muhammadu Buhari in reaction to the public outcry, has assured Nigerians that he would not assent to any legislation that is inconsistent with the nation’s constitution.

A statement by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Mallam Garba Shehu on Monday, shows the President’s reinstating his administration’s commitment to the protection of free speech in keeping with democratic tradition.

He said since Buhari had sworn to defend the constitution of Nigeria, he would not lend his hand to anything that was inconsistent with the constitution.

He assured Nigerians that ‘’there is no cause for alarm, because the Senate is a democratic Senate. The President won’t assent to any legislation that may be inconsistent with the constitution of Nigeria.”

“But he (the President) is not averse to lawful regulation, so long as that is done within the ambit of the constitution which he swore to uphold,” he added.

“As a key component of democratic principles, the President acknowledged that people in democratic societies are so emotionally attached to free speech that they would defend it with all their might,” he added

Mobs Vandalize LAGBUS For Killing 5 Year Old Schoolgirl. (Photos)

LAGBUS Mobed

A quite furious mob destroyed a mass transit bus (LAGBUS) belonging to the LAGBUS Assets Management Limited after it allegedly crushed a five-year-old girl to death, and injured another pedestrian.

The accident occurred at the Otto bus stop, in the Oyingbo area of Lagos State.

According to PUNCH Metro, the mob smashed the side glasses of the BRT and damaged the front windscreen with stones.

It was gathered that at about 12pm on Friday, a woman and the schoolgirl, whose name had yet to be known, were walking on the pedestrian side of the Oyingbo-Otto Road, when the LAGBUS driver hit them.

LAGBUS Mobed1

The five-year-old’s legs were said to have been smashed, while another male pedestrian, said to be an okada (motorcycle) rider, was injured.

The girl was reportedly rushed to a nearby hospital where she was confirmed dead.

A police source told PUNCH Metro that the driver fled immediately he heard that the victim died in the hospital. He added that some of the youths wanted to set the bus ablaze, but were stopped by the police.

He said:

“It was at about 12.30pm on Friday. The woman was the mother of the girl, and they were returning from the school. The LAGBUS hit them at the junction and also hit an okada rider. The police got information that there was commotion in the area, and that some youths might resort to violence, so we moved in and the bus was towed away. The driver is at large.”

At the scene of the accident, it was gathered that the okada rider had hit his head on the ground and bled for a while before he was stabilised by Good Samaritans.

A bus driver, who gave his name only as Wasiu, and claimed to be an eyewitness, said the LAGBUS driver disappeared when he got to know that the girl had died.

“The girl was about five years old. She was being taken home by her mother. We do not know her name. The bus hit them at the pedestrian side. The girl was badly injured. The driver of the LAGBUS initially came down and helped in rushing the girl to a hospital. It was in that process that some youths vandalised the bus. It was when the driver learnt that the girl had died that he fled.
“The other man was bleeding all over. He would have died too, but for the first aid given by the people staying around the scene.”

kim-kardashian-kanye-west-north-west

Following the birth of the second child of Kim Kardashian, on Saturday, December 5th, 2015, the model/reality TV and her husband have finally come up with a name for their child.

Saint West

The name, “Saint West” was written via a tweet by Kim Kardashian in block letters yesterday. She also took to her website to announce. She wrote:

“To our fans. Saint West. 12.05.15. 8 pounds, 1 ounce”

Meanwhile, sometime in June, a tweep had actually predicted that Kanye could presumably call his son that name, “Saint”.

Saint West Predicted

Now his tweet has gained massive retweets and people flooding his timeline, asking him to predict their match scores, lottery numbers and all.

It’s even speculated by some fans that the couple may have stumbled on the guy’s tweet and used the name. Either ways, the child bears “Saint”, and he had said it way before the birth of it. Lol.

“N197bn Went Missing Under Jonathan Every Month” – Sanusi.

sanusi_lamido

Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II, has claimed that about $1bn (N197bn) went missing every month under former President Goodluck Jonathan‘s administration.

Daily Post reports that the former CBN bank governor, revealed this during a programme entitled ‘How a cancer of corruption steals Nigerian oil, weapons and lives’. The show aired on The PBS NewsHour, an American daily evening television show.

The monarch said many dirty and shocking deals took place under the immediate past Minister of Petroleum, Diezani Alison-Madueke, who is currently being investigated in the United Kingdom.

The Monarch is quoted as saying:

“In Nigeria, there is no accountability at all and that is why I think Nigeria’s corruption is worse than corruption in most parts of the world. It is the worst type of corruption. It’s stealing.
“Frankly, I think a billion dollars under Jonathan a month was about what we were losing.”

Speaking further, the emir claimed that during Alison-Madueke’s tenure as petroleum minister, people paid as low as $50m for access to crude oil blocs valued at over $2bn.Sanusi said,

“Basically, all it does is allow a group of people, who themselves don’t have any kind of operating background, to pay $50m for access to the crude oil in blocs, valued at over $2bn and they just take the crude oil, ship it out and don’t return the money and there is no trace of where the money has gone.
“Someone gets a contract to lift crude from the terminals to the refineries and in between, that crude is stolen; it is stolen on the high sea.”
“If she goes to court and is jailed for example, it sends a signal; I think that there is a day of reckoning,” he said.
The US television show quoted United States and UK authorities as saying that Alison-Madueke might have “personally overseen the stealing of $6bn”.
“The most common method is awarding oil contracts to companies owned by friends”

Maybe it was the lyrics to Jagged Edge’s ‘Walked Outta Heaven’ that did it, or the pull of being at the same event… Whatever the case, Toke Makinwa and Maje Ayida may be on their way to renewing their vows.

Or not…

Jesus Is Not Coming Back – Roman Catholic Leaders Says

ROMAN

A Spokesperson for the Vatican (Roman Catholic) has officially announced today that the second coming of Jesus, the only son of the God, may not happen now after all, but urged followers to still continue with their faith, regardless of the news.

Cardinal Giorgio Salvadore told WWN that this years 1,981st anniversary is to be the Vatican’s last in regards to waiting for the Lord to return to Earth.

“We just feel Jesus is not coming back by the looks of it.” he said.

“It’s been ages like. He’s probably flat out doing other really good things for people somewhere else.”

Nearly two thousand years ago, Jesus promised his disciples that he would come again in chapter John 14:1-3 of the bible:

“There are many homes up where my Father lives, and I am going to prepare them for your coming. When everything is ready, then I will come and get you, so that you can always be with Me where I am. If this weren’t so, I would tell you plainly”

The Vatican defended Jesus’ broken promise, claiming “he was probably drinking wine” at the time when he made the comments.

“Having the ability to turn water into wine had its ups and its downs.” added Cardinal Salvadore.

“We all make promises we can’t keep when we’re drunk. Jesus was no different.” The church said it will now focus attentions on rebuilding its reputation around the world, but will keep an optimistic mind for the savior’s second coming.
