Supreme Mavin Dynasty, SMD first lady, Tiwa Savage, who recently had her first child has disclosed some information on her pregnancy experience, revealing it was difficult.
Covering the latest issue of Genevieve Magazine, Tiwa Savage shares that she had Pre-eclampsia and that she had her baby boy induced because his birth was overdue by 8 days.
She is quoted as saying:
“Well, it’s a condition some women have towards the end of their pregnancy. For me, it was a period where I had high blood pressure, my feet got terribly swollen and I could hardly walk.
Plus, my baby was overdue by about 7-8 days! At the end, they decided to induce me to labour because they were worried about my condition. It was a painful ordeal but I thank God everything went well.”
A cheating husband has been taught an extremely valuable lesson – after returning from a business trip to find his wife had sold their house.
Builder Craig Arnolds returned home from New York to find the locks changed – and six students in his lounge. Wife Laura, aged 42, had packed her bags and gone.

“All the lights were on and the TV was blaring,” “I remember thinking it was really out of character for Laura to be up past 11pm. I had no idea what on earth was going on.
“At this point I was seriously freaked out, jet lagged and frantic – I started banging on the door and shouting Laura’s name – but was greeted instead by what looked like a 21-year-old hippie.”
He added:
I noticed all Laura’s furniture was gone, but the chairs and tables I’d inherited from my late father, plus my set of golf clubs and vintage radio – which Laura always hated – was sitting on the kitchen table in all its glory.
“She’d included my most prized possessions in the ‘fixtures and fittings’. I was gutted. I still can’t get my head around how she did this in the space of a two week holiday.”
Last time I marry an Italian, that’s for sure.“I made a mistake and paid for it dearly.
“I was very annoyed at first but life is too short to dwell on these things and I made the decision that for the children’s sake, we should stop the hostilities there.

What would have caused the death of Chief Lawrence Ugochukwu Ifewulu just eleven months after the messy murder of his 35-year-old charming wife, Martha Ifeoma Ifewulu, who was gruesomely slaughtered in her home in the Oke-Afa area of Lagos, on December 1, 2014.
The late Chief Ifewulu died three weeks ago of some strange illness, but family members said he died of complications from hypertension and diabetes. According to a source close to the family, the late Ifewulu had some blisters on his hand and legs giving reasons to suspect that he might have died of unnatural circumstances. The death of Chief Ifewulu has left his four pretty children orphans.
A visit by Sunday Sun to the Ifewulu compound on Thursday showed that the gate to his house was securely locked with nobody in sight. While the controversy over the death of his wife raged last year, the late Ifewulu had come out openly to alleged that his late wife may have met her untimely death in the hands of her boyfriend, one Collins Nwafor, who he suspected could have done so to prevent her from divulging their evil plans to kill him(Ifewulu), dispose him of his assets and elope to Canada with his children.
Having accused his wife of infidelity, Ifewulu had spoken to Sunday Sun, substantiating his suspicion. His words:
“I had no two persons I hold as prime suspects. I am not having any doubt or maybe suspecting any two or three people. Even if he (Nwafor) did not execute it by himself, he sent some people to carry out the operation. I am quite sure of who killed my wife; he is responsible. This is beyond suspicion. This guy went as far as telling me that he had been dating my wife for two years. He went as far as telling me that if they kill me, they would sell my house and then he would take her and the kids to Canada. After all he told me about all that had been transpiring between my wife and himself, he expected me to divorce my wife but I did not do so. He would have thought that so many things were hidden and that if I should continue to live with my wife, she would tell me all and he would not be safe any more.”
Late Ifewulu had claimed that his late wife had confessed to the illicit affair with Nwafor, in a rather repentant manner which called for his forgiving heart.
On the fateful day of the incident on December 1, the corpse of late Ifeoma was discovered by her maid who had just come back from school with the children at 3.30pm. As they got into the house through the rear staircase, the maid and the children were confronted by the sight of blood splashed all over the floor, and flowing freely down the stairs. The maid tip-toed upstairs, wondering where the blood had come from. It was then that she and the children saw the dead body of Ifeoma sprawled on the floor in a pool of blood. The maid raised the alarm that attracted the attention of their female neighbour.
While still sobbing, the female neighbour called Ifewulu on the phone, and frantically urged him to rush back home immediately, but the neighbour kept him in the dark about the death of his wife. It was when Ifewulu got home at 5.00pm that he was told about the murder of his wife.
Since the demise of Ifeoma, nothing has been heard about Nwafor, excerpt that he spoke from his hide-out to a media house (not Sunday Sun).
Nwafor’s confession:
“I am Collins Nwafor , 39, from Umuawulu in Awka South L.G.A, Anambra State. I read Marketing at the IMT, Enugu. I left school in 1999 and served in Edo State in 2010. After that, I proceeded to Port-Harcourt where I started life as a clearing agent with Chapman Resources.
From there, I went to South Africa where I stayed for about four years dealing on telephone accessories. I came back to Nigeria in 2011 and later proceeded to Europe, Germany and Norway where I spent about two years. I came back in September 2012.
On June 13, 2013, I met Mrs. Ifeoma Ifewulu at her shop in Ago Palace Way, Lagos. I was passing through the Mall on that street, I saw people promoting their goods in the shop and both of us watched them after which we exchanged numbers.
From there, we started exchanging calls and we became intimate friends. The first time we made love was in her car, a green Honda Baby Boy, after she dropped me in front of my house. We were there till 12 midnight and I asked if she was married but she did not reply. Later, she spent a weekend with me and when I insisted on knowing her marital status, she told me that her husband is a big man but she wanted to feel good.
She said she needed company and that she had two boys and two girls. From then, our love blossomed. After sometime, she told me that her husband’s birthday was in August, I advised her how to commemorate it with him, buy food and take the kids to his office as a surprise which she did and she later told me that her husband appreciated it. We continued our relationship till December when she even spent the Christmas with me after her husband bought a Toyota Corolla for her.
I also discovered that she had many other boyfriends. My investigation showed that I was the fourth in the series of boyfriends she had. Nevertheless, we continued our relationship till April when her mother died”

In his confession, Nwafor dissociated himself from the murder of his concubine while pointing an accusing finger at a wealthy and influential Clearing and Forwarding Agent (name withheld) who he claimed was crushing after Ifeoma and had always enticed her with money.
Despite that facts had emerged on the demise of mother of four kids in broad day light, her husband too, Chief, died on Friday, October 30.
The controversy behind the death in the family of the Ifewulus remains what may have left all with a rhetorical questioning — Who killed Ifeoma? How and why did Chief Ifewulu die almost a year after the controversial death of his beloved wife?
A lady who simply introduced herself as a niece to late Chief Ifewulu, told our correspondent that Ifewulu died as a result of acute diabetes and hypertension.
“He was sick and you know he has been diabetic and hypertensive. A week before his death, his sugar level rose to 300mg while his BP rose to about 180 mg. When we rushed him to the hospital, doctors tried to control the BP and sugar level but they couldn’t and that was how we decided to rush him to another hospital but he died on the way.
She also revealed that late Ifewulu had been sick since he married Ifeoma, and his health condition aggravated when his wife died. The four children of the deceased are reportedly at present in the custody of a relation, Ngozi, while the wake keep has been slated for December 3, 2015 and his burial for January 7-9, 2016.
So Nigerian social media has been fueled with reports that Nollywood Yoruba actress, Toyin Aimakhu, after her split with husband, Adeniyi Johnson, is dating a quite popular socialite in the Yoruba Movie industry.

You once said that your intimidating profile tends to discourage men from asking your hand in marriage; what is happening to your love life?
I can’t remember ever saying such a thing. I don’t know about men being scared of me (chuckles). Well, I will take it that what you are saying is that I’m not in a relationship. Of course you know I would not want to discuss my private life. But I have to tell you what I am doing and what is not happening, I believe in things that are incubating; if it’s meant to come out, it will come out. A lot of people do not know of my commitment to my Christian life too.
How is your son doing? He must have really grown now.
Very well, we thank the God Almighty, the Lord has been faithful.
What is it like being a single parent?
It was not a deliberate choice that I have made, it came by chance, it came by mistake. God does not kill His children who have made mistakes. He would rather sustain them and tell them that He is the owner of all things. The Lord has been sustaining me as a single parent I don’t think about it, all I know is ‘God, you are the one that created me and the child that you gave to me’. So whatever that is needed of me, it was a wrong choice that I made.
Have you tried to reconcile with the father of your son?
When somebody says that I do not want to be a responsible father what do you do? You don’t take a horse to the river and force it to drink.
Is there any plan of settling down, your ideal man?
Of course, why not? Every woman says I want tall black, handsome man. We all need good things. All the good things every normal woman wants, I want it too. He must be somebody who has the spirit of God, someone who has Christ as his backbone.
What is the name of the church or the branch you pastor?
I am an associate pastor with the Fresh Oil Ministry International Church at Egbeda in Lagos. I am an ordained evangelist as well as an apostle; I am a convent speaker in and around the country. I had gone to minister in the United States of America, a lot of West African countries, and I have ministered in a lot of churches in and outside the country and some churches and organisations invite me to be their speaker at their various meetings.

Gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kogi state, Mr. Abubakar Audu has been reported dead. The aspirant is said to have died shortly after the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared his victory at the elections inconclusive.
According to the Cable, he suffered a first stroke this morning at about 09:00am and shortly after the election was declared inconclusive, he suffered a second one which killed him.

If the authorities of the University of Ilorin accede to suggestions by members of the institution’s Drone Team, it is highly probable that the University will, in future, monitor examinations conducted within the campus with drones.
The drones, developed by a team coordinated by Prof. Sulyman AbdulKareem of the Department of Chemical Engineering, added colours to the just concluded 40th anniversary/31st convocation ceremonies of the University.
Other members of the Unilorin Drone Team include Dr. M.T. Yakubu of the Department of Biochemistry; Dr Babalola of the Department of Physics; Engineer Eric and Mr. Ahmed, both of the Department Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
In separate interviews with Unilorin Bulletin last Thursday (November 12, 2015), the Co-ordinator of the team, Prof. AbdulKareem, and another key member of the team, Dr. Yakubu, said that drones can be used to monitor the conduct of examinations in future as well as general campus surveillance in conjunction with the security personnel”.
According to Prof. AbdulKareem, “the use of drones has come to stay because where you don’t want to endanger human life, a machine, which a drone is, can go there and still get the information you need”.
He pointed out that “drones, rather than infringing on human rights, actually protect human rights because the man who wants to do evil and knows that a machine can remotely capture his act, will not likely do it”.
The Unilorin Drone Team Coordinator, who is the immediate past Vice-Chancellor of Al-Hikmah University, Ilorin, disclosed that some academic departments in the University have started showing interest in the use of the drone.
He said, “I believe that apart from giving practical knowledge to those in Geography, Electrical Engineering and Physics, virtually any Department that may have a reason to capture events beyond what is in front of the camera, which has to be aerially covered, can use the drone.”
Prof. AbdulKareem urged the University administration to challenge people to do more “because there are lots of students who are eager to learn and who have ideas that they can put into practice if they have good supervision.
He said, “I believe it is a matter of encouragement. Most Nigerian universities should be able to do wonderful things and make major breakthroughs”, noting that some students were co-opted into the team to learn how to operate or fly the drones.
The Drone Team Coordinator enjoined the newly appointed ministers especially for the areas of science and technology, “to see a need for us to self-develop, self-evolve, and self-emancipate as a nation”.
He said, “For a long time now, we have relied on personnel from foreign countries to bail us out of every technical problem we get into, but the issue is that, we have so many Nigerians that are trained abroad that are here and even those who have not left the country that are equally talented that should be encouraged to do wonderful things for the nation.”
Prof. AbdulKareem maintained that the new ministers “should see their appointments as a chance of working with the academics in the educational institutions to promote what will be good for the nation, to make the nation as a whole self-reliant on personnel that are available locally.”
In the same vein, Dr. Yakubu said, “We can also use the drone to monitor what is happening on our borders; we have a very vast amount of land, and we can use it to track activities that are going on there. Invariably, we can use the drones to cover the entire University and in getting information to the appropriate quarters. ”

Controversial Nollywood Bad Boy turned Dad, Jim Iyke has disclosed that he has the habit of ‘kissing women openly and does not see anything wrong with it, the actor openly kissed actress Joselyn Dumas on a live show and he also confessed to have kissed over 200 actresses on set.
He was a Special Guest on AfricaMagic programme which was anchored by Joselyn Dumas. Responding to a question on why he had to kiss Nadia Buari, upon the latter’s arriving Dubai during the last season of his reality TV show, Jim Iyke Unscripted, the controversial actor said, he has a habit of kissing women openly, including his sisters.
He narrated a situation where he had to kiss three European ladies who accompanied his girlfriend to the airport to welcome him, during one of his foreign trips, adding that he doesn’t see anything wrong with it.
As if that is not enough, Jim Iyke painted another scenario, where he had to kiss four actresses in the presence of their boy friends. “I have once kissed them on set, and so, when walked into the room where two of them were with their boy friends, I kissed them one after the other and their boy friends were mad at me. I have also kissed over 200 actresses on set and nobody is talking about it,” he enthused.
He, however, declined to comment on his relationship with Nadia Buari. But there are indications that the two unconfirmed love-birds may be hitting your TV screens again for the second season of Jim Iyke Unscripted. Jim disclosed that the reality show will soon hit the screens again.
Explaining the idea behind the show, Jim Iyke said, he needed to present a true picture of who he is, to the world.
“I have to be introspective. Many times, a lot of negative things have been said about me in the media. It is not basically about what they say about you, it is about you believing in yourself. The first thing is, what I believe in, and what people say about me is secondary. I have always been particular about paparazzi. I was very sceptical to allow cameras into my life, into my home and family. The argument was superior ; it was like all these years everybody has different opinions about you. Why don’t you give them a clear picture of who you are. So I decided to start the TV reality show,” Jim Iyke explained.

The dentist turned music act has joined Choc City boss, MI in a new Nollywood movie, ‘The Last Three Digits’ which is set for release.
Dr Sid plays a youth corp member alongside Nollywood actor, Nonso Diobi in the comical movie which tells the story of a young man who meets the love of his life after a long time only for the last three digits to be missing when she gave him her number. The movie goes on an adventurous spin as the character played by Diobi tried figuring out the missing digits only to get himself into trouble. The movie directed by Moses Inwang who recently won the Best Director award at GIAMA also stars Madam Kofo, Padita Agu, Bimbo Manuel, Rachael Oniga and Yemi Blaq.

Kylie Jenner and boyfriend Tyga have reportedly broken up. E!, the home of Kylie’s family show “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” confirmed the news via their eonline website.
Preliminary reports state that the breakup was caused by “something Tyga did”.
Fans began suspecting something was amiss when Kylie missed Tyga’s 26th birthday party. The couple’s relationship has been controversial since inception as Kylie was under 18 when they began dating.
A newlywed lawyer – Nonso allegedly cut off his wife – Nwogo’s ear with pliers. The couple who just got married a year ago – in December 2014 are blessed with a four month old baby boy.
On the 16th of November, the wife recently ran to a police station as bits of her ear were dangling, after she said her husband came after her with pliers. He attacked her because she had reported his incessant abuse to police.
According to Nwogo’s friend, Nonso had been assaulting her before and during her pregnancy, and she hoped the abuse would stop after the baby was born but it didn’t
The girl carried the pregnancy for 9 months in agony and threats but we thought after delivery he will amend his ways. She had hoped things would change for the better but not until their baby boy, arrived. The day she was discharged from hospital, after a CS operation, he beat her, locked her up and used a knife to stab her.
But she escaped and ran to Rubghe Police Station to report. He was invited but refused to honor their invitation. He later assured them he will show up and was cautioned to maintain maximum peace till he shows up. Eventually, on the 16th of November, he cut her ear with pliers for reporting the abuse she was facing.

Grace Mugabe, wife of Africa’s oldest dictator, 91 year old Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe, said ‘moral decadence’ and women’s indecent dressing leads to their rape.
“If you walk around wearing mini skirts displaying your thighs and inviting men to drool over you, then you want to complain when you have been raped? It’s unfortunate because it will be your fault.”
she said as she addressed the women’s league of The Zimbabwe African National Union – Patriotic Front (ZANU–PF), the ruling party in Zimbabwe since its independence in 1980. She is secretary of the league.
She added further that women should dress like her-
“Wear clothes like Mai Mugabe or you can chose a trousers, but not those which are too tight. These types of clothes are the signs of moral decadence in our country.”
Her statement has been met with opposition from women’s groups and the opposition party, especially Katswe Sisterhood, who recently had a demonstration in the capital Harare, demanding the right to dress as they choose.
“The statement by Grace is very disgraceful and denigrating to any woman and more so coming from a woman and the First Lady.”
said the spokesperson of Movement for Democratic Change – Tsvangirai (MDC–T) Obert Gutu, a man.

As the rate of unemployment looms Zimbabwe, people decided to create something to get people some cash to reduce unemployment effects. One of such is the creation of most ugly beauty pageant in the country.
This 42 years old unemployed man Maison Sere contested and was able to win the sum of $500 which is a lot of money in their country. Sere who wore overall and has a number of teeth contested before but he took the fourth position.
When he was announced winner this year, he told journalists thus;
“I want to thank God for winning this title, last time I came fourth. I just want to thank the judges for recognizing me as the winner.”
However, the runner up William Masvinu, who has won three times in the past accused the judges for being biased as he walked away with $100 cash prize.

The October 30th 1955 born Liu Xiaoquing is a Chinese woman who is known for her active roles in the Chinese movies from the 1980s.
Her very first appearance as an actor was as a stage actor for the Chengdu Military Drama Group (The Chengdu Military Region is one of seven military districts and is located in the southwest of the People’s Republic of China).
Before then Liu worked as a farm laborer, then as a propagandist for the People’s Liberation Army. Before she was age 30, Liu’s role in Mainland Chinese Films opened her up to the industry especially as she won several awards through it.
In fact her portrayal of Empress Dowager Cixi in The Burning of the Imperial Palace (1983) was said to have won her many awards during the Chinese film festivals. It is recorded that Liu bags the highest number of awards won in the actress categories of the Hundred Flowers Award, with three Best Actress and one Best Supporting Actress.
Having left the film industry in the 1990s and 2000s, Liu engaged herself in real estate bussines. Few years later, her assets grew to include four real estate companies based in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Yantai and Kunming. Ms. Liu’s business interests also grew to include food and cosmetics industry, advertising and film production.

Wedding in Nigeria is one of the most ceremonious occasions everybody looks forward to. Unlike what we have in the west where marriages are not a big deal and can happen at any time, anywhere or with anybody, for Nigerians, it takes a whole lot to plan and prepare for either one’s traditional marriage or what we call “the white wedding”. In all, the wedding dress is most paramount issue of all the preparations.
I guess it will be right to say that in Nigeria, there is no wedding without a ‘proper ghen ghen’ wedding dress. To prove this point is the fact that wedding dresses are what most Nigerian ladies look out for in any wedding.
Well, like earlier said, Nigerian weddings comes in two major ways – the traditional wedding and the white wedding and for each, different wedding dresses are worn. Here are some of the indigenous wedding dresses worn in Nigerian Weddings courtsey of BuzzNigeria
The Yoruba Wedding Attire
The Yoruba traditional marriage ceremony even though a serious affair, is full of rich contemporary Nigerian music, graceful colors, sumptuous meals and above all somewhat funny banter.
The dress of both the bride and the groom is selected with the utmost care. Aso-Oke is the Yoruba cultural attire that can not be missing in couple’s ensemble.
Other fabrics such as cotton, damask, lace or even wax fabric (Ankara) can be worn on such occasion too but mostly in combination with the Aso-Oke.
The bride has a five-piece outfit made of the same color and fabrics as the groom’s. The lady wears a wide, long-sleeved blouse known as the Buba made mostly from a lace material, a wrap-around garment to be worn at the waist known as the Iro made of her prefered selected Aso-oke, a shawl or shoulder sash called the Ipele or Iborun made from the same Aso-oke as the Iro which she must drape over one shoulder as tradition demands of a bride, Gele – a scarf and finally a veil of very sheer and light material with which she will be covered until its time to unveil the bride and lets not forget matching shoes, a clutch and the glamorous feferiti
This is how the bride should Look when she first comes out. This is mostly her first look out of the many that will follow.
After her first look with which she is unveiled and greets the in-laws, the bride would then change into another dress which may or may not be the same with that of her husband, depending on how many change of clothes she has planned. The minimum for most people is two.
Other parts of her outfit include a Necklace which can be either beads or gold chain and earrings. The colors she chooses reflect the color theme her family has chosen which also complements the groom’s outfit.
The groom on the other hand will have a complete four piece outfit of Yoruba wedding attires consisting of the Agbada (a two layered material of heavy dimensions), Sokoto (loose-fitting trousers), Buba (a short loose top) and Fula (the cap).
