Popular Nigerian Pastor, Paul Adefarasi’s wife, Ifeanyi Adefarasin, has praised pastor Anny Ikebudu, who after 19 years of marriage received quadruplets.
The quadruplets were born in 2021 to Stephanie Adaeze, the wife of Pastor Ikebudu after waiting for 19 years.
Mrs. Adefarasin thanked Ikeduru for maintaining his faith over the nearly two decades of waiting on her Facebook page on June 29, 2023.
She wrote;
“Thank you Ps Anny Ikebudu for reminding us to stand sure in our faith, and that what the Lord has promised has nothing to do with our qualification, we only need to believe and receive it, and above all, keep the faith.

A young Nigerian man has received more than he anticipated after he made the decision to share a cult song as his WhatsApp status.
The guy shared a video of himself and a few companions dancing to what was allegedly the anthem of a certain cult organization.
He wore a yellow shirt with a cap to match and this is the signature color for Buccaneers, after his status was seen by cult members, they started grilling him via the DM.

Nigerian activist, Comrade Israel Joe, has stated that most financially secure married men have more than two girlfriends.
Joe took to his social media page to respond to people he tagged as hypocrites who were dragging Davido over his alleged pregnancy controversy.

Reality TV star,Bella Okagbue has revealed that her family had reservations about her relationship with her lover, Sheggz, and advised her to end it.
She made this disclosure during a recent episode of Big Brother Naija ‘level up’ reunion show while speaking on her relationship with her beau.

The Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) has indefinitely suspended Nollywood actor, Jerry Williams, due to his involvement with illicit substances.
The National President of AGN, Emeka Rollas, made this known in a statement, stating that the AGN had been closely monitoring Jerry Williams.
Rollas emphasized that the situation had escalated to a point where it posed a risk to the safety of other actors on set. As a result, Jerry Williams would not be allowed to associate with fellow actors in order to prevent any potential harm.
The statement read,
“The Guild has been monitoring his involvement in illicit substances since December last year until it reached a point where it got out of hand. Considering the current circumstances, he cannot be allowed to associate with other performers on set due to the danger it poses.”
Rollas further explained, “He should have been suspended earlier, but we decided to give him a chance to undergo minor treatments, which he has repeatedly failed to comply with. However, at this point, Jerry is not only a risk to himself but also to other actors who might act alongside him on set.”
“Therefore, we have made the decision to suspend him indefinitely until he receives a clean bill of health from a medical practitioner or a professional specializing in drug abuse”.

Popular Nigerian Catholic priest, Fr. Kelvin Ugwu, has shared his opinion on vasectomy, stating that it does not deter a man from cheating.
In a Facebook post on Wednesday, June 28, the Gambia-based missionary priest stated that vasectomy is not supported by the church and is not a solution for infidelity or sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).
He further suggested that it may even lead to increased cheating behavior.
“This is just for knowledge’s sake since most of you are asking questions about vasectomy. Note: the church is against it. And it is not a solution for a man who cheats or STD. In fact, it makes him want to cheat more,” he said.
Vasectomy is a surgical procedure for males that provides permanent contraception. It involves cutting or sealing the tubes called vas deferens, which carry sperm from the testicles. By blocking the vas deferens, sperm cannot mix with semen during ejaculation, preventing pregnancy. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia and is considered safe and effective.
Meanwhile, reality TV star and entrepreneur, Lucy Edet has taken to social media to write an open letter to her future husband.
She told him to be ready to get vasectomy done because he won’t be able to resist her body when they get married, and would want to get intimate all the time.

Julia Nwoko, the daughter of Nigerian billionaire businessman and politician Ned Nwoko, has officially tied the knot with her lover.
Julia, who announced a few days ago that she’s expecting a baby with her partner, just had their civil wedding in Canada.
The couple exchanged their vows in a very simple ceremony that only had close friends and family in attendance.
Taking to her Instagram page on Wednesday night, Julia shared a video of her wedding. In the video, the couple is seen exchanging their vows, and at one point, Julia proudly shows off her wedding ring.
Surprisingly, Julia’s father, Ned, was noticeably absent in the lovely video.

In other news, Nigerian politician and business mogul, Ned Nwoko, has disclosed that he was invited for the OceanGate submersible adventure but turned down the offer because he was tied down with national duties.
He made this revelation while mourning the death of his friend, British businessman Hamish Harding, who tragically passed away during a voyage to explore the wreckage of Titanic.
It was earlier reported that Hamish and four other people were confirmed dead days after the Titan submarine they were in disappeared from the radar. The submersible was said to have imploded, killing everyone onboard. Read here
Reacting to the tragic news, Ned Nwoko, a Nigerian billionaire who was recently sworn in as a Senator representing Delta North senatorial district, revealed that he received an invitation for the Titan adventure but could not honor the invitation because he had other commitments in Nigeria.
The 62-year-old businessman took to his Instagram page to share photos he took with Hamish and wrote,
“I have lost a very dear friend and business partner. Captain hermish Harding. We both went on a very dangerous expedition to the Southpole Antarctica few years back. He was a gulf stream pilot who flew across the world in a record breaking expedition by Guinness world record for circumnavigation of the earth some years ago. He descended into the Mariana. he also invited me on his space shuttle last year and this very Titan ill-fated adventure but I was tied down with national duties. Above all he was a partner on the various researches into eradication of malaria in Africa project. He was very enthusiastic about it and always gave his support at every given opportunity. His last message to me was this last Sunday when he told me they were ready to dive to the titanic if the weather permits. He loved adventure and challenges. My heart bleeds for his dear wife and kids who have become family friends over the years. We will surely miss his wealth of experience.”
Nigerian singer David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has broken his silence after two women accused him of impregnating them.
Recall that the singer, who recently tied the knot with his long-time lover Chioma, made headlines yesterday, June 28 when a US-based businesswoman named Anita Brown announced that she is carrying his child.
Anita claimed they met in Dubai in 2017, which led many to speculate that a line in his song “Assurance” where he mentioned Anita was referring to her.

An 18-year-old Nigerian girl has been captured on tape about her love for a 65-year-old man.
The young girl, who received a reprimand from her father, asserted that it is none of anyone’s concern because she is old enough to date the senior.
She was being questioned by two adults, a guy and a woman, who had been contacted by her parents to become involved in the situation, but she showed no remorse for what she had done.
The girl claims that she was three times pregnant by her ex-boyfriend but had miscarried each time.
She explained to those who were criticizing her that her father’s threat to disown her was only a joke and that she did not see anything wrong with what she had done.
The two advocates were enraged by the teenager’s harsh behavior toward them, which led to their attack on her.
Later, her mother got involved and gave the kid a few blows in an attempt to bring her back to reality, but it didn’t appear to work.
A Nigerian student identified as Ifeanyichukwu Oseke has reportedly gotten into a brawl and was tragically stabbed on Sunday night at a Scarborough plaza in Canada.
The tragic occurrence occurred at Brimley Road and Eglinton Avenue East just after 7 o’clock in the evening, according to the Toronto Police.
“Information was received that two individuals had been fighting in the plaza. One of them had some serious injuries that required an emergency run to a local hospital,” said Toronto Police Service Duty Inspector Jeff Bangild at the scene Sunday night.
Unfortunately, one person has succumbed to their injuries. The victim in this matter has not yet been identified as the investigation is ongoing.”
According to a report by CP24, Ifeanyichukwu Oseke passed away en route to the hospital, and the event is now being regarded as a homicide,
The culprit was reportedly observed running away from the scene with another individual, but no descriptions have been provided by the police.
Due to the bustling nature of the plaza at the time of the event, investigators are pleading for any witnesses to come forward.
Police added, “It was very populated at the time, and we understand that there were a number of people who actually had seen this event,” adding that they believe it to be an isolated incident and that there is no danger to the public’s safety.
When questioned about the stabbing’s weapon, the police claimed that it seemed to be a “edged weapon” of some sort.
Businesses in the neighborhood are being urged by police to review their surveillance video first thing in the morning for anything that can help with the homicide inquiry.
Police have described the unidentified suspect as a male with medium-length dark hair who was wearing light-colored jeans, a tank top, and shoes.

A few days after the controversy surrounding American model Anita Brown, which is yet to douse, Nigerian artist Davido is accused of having an affair with a French lady.
The young woman identified as Ivanna Bay announced on her Instagram page that she is expecting Davido’s child.
She uploaded a video of herself using the test strip for a home pregnancy test, and the result was positive.
According to her, she did not know she was the only one who got pregnant.
The woman posted a pregnancy test result from a lab that revealed the date and stage of her pregnancy, she also revealed certain conversations she had with Davido.
According to the snapshot, the woman’s attempt at an abortion was unsuccessful since she said that she was now pregnant and would give birth shortly.
In a series of now-deleted posts, she wrote;
