During an Instagram live session, the 22-year-old model claimed she has been subjected to harsh criticism and trolling since her relationship with the singer became public.

Recall that Paul unveiled Ivy as his new girlfriend on their first dating anniversary, just months after his divorce from his ex-wife, Anita Okoye, was finalized.

Their relationship was however met with different reactions on social media, with many criticizing Ivy for dating the 41-year-old father of three.

In response to her trolls, Ivy went live on Instagram to tell them she is unperturbed by their constant criticism.

She added that they could keep hurling insults and trolling her, but it wouldn’t matter because she doesn’t care.

A Nigerian woman has taken to social media to praise her husband for being amazing and supportive during her pregnancy.

The woman, who refers to herself as the “TikTok billionaire wife”, said she can boldly say she got pregnant for the right man because of how caring her husband was when she was heavily pregnant.

She posted an adorable bedroom video of her husband pampering and doting over her, and showed how he placed a pillow behind her to support her baby bump.

According to the woman who recently gave birth to her child, the video was not staged for their social media audience because her husband treats her well both on and off camera.

Gushing over her husband, the proud wife said,

A popular clergyman, Apostle Emmanuel, has advised married women against calling their husbands endearing names like “baby” and “honey.”

The person who gave this advice in a viral video said calling one’s husband “Baby” is unscriptural.

He said a woman should refer to her husband as “my lord,” and to corroborate his claim, he made reference to Abraham’s wife, Sarah, in the bible.

According to him, unlike calling a man “baby,” calling him “Lord” gives him a sense of responsibility.

Apostle Emmanuel noted that when a woman calls her husband “baby,” he begins to behave like one and begins shirking his responsibility as the man of the house.

“We live in a generation where I hear women call their husbands or their boyfriends, baby, honey, punking my love my heart beats all those things are not scriptural, they are demonic. Let me tell you something When you call your husband, baby. He behaves like a baby.

A newly married Nigerian woman has gone online to seek help from her dilemma of having to choose between her husband and ex-boyfriend.

She disclosed that she got married last month, and her ex has only recently returned to her life after being abusive during the relationship and leaving her when she got pregnant.

The woman admitted that she still loves him and would not mind getting back together despite the abusive but her present marriage, which is only a month old, is an issue.

According to her, she did not want to hurt her husband who has done a lot for her and given her all she desires but her heart is still with the ex-lover.

He knows my family and accepted us the way we are he is caring, he is simply perfect. The issue is I don’t love him that much. I do pity him because sometimes I show it to him but I can’t do anything about it.
I still have deep feelings for my ex who maltreated me so bad, abused me and showed me how bad love could be. After everything he has put me through I still love and have serious feelings for him. My ex got me pregnant a few times and whenever I inform him, he would ignore me after asking me to get rid of it. I lost my self esteem, he never cared about my feelings then. My well-being meant nothing to him. He cheated on me countless times and made me look like a fool. I saw hell while we were together.
The issue is after all he has done my heart still beats for him, a lot more than for the man I married. Recently my ex reached out and told me he had intentions of marrying me. He also said getting married to my husband in such short time meant I was cheating, I had never cheated on him for good 4years we were together I met my husband when he had started ignoring me because I told him I was pregnant.
He abandoned me for months then came back when I had already met my husband and we have fixed date for our wedding .I’m just so shattered I don’t know how to control my feelings over my ex I even messaged him yesterday but seriously I don’t like what’s going on now I just need help and advice. My ex is handsome, fair, tall and rich, my husband is handsome, dark, richer than my ex but he’s not very tall. The woman, identified on TikTok as @shashadancequeen, shared a video of her father enjoying a meal she prepared for him and shamed him for eating it despite not catering for her and her siblings when they were younger.

She claimed he abandoned her when she was young and never supported her education with anything.

Nollywood actress, Uche Ogbodo, recently exchanged words with trolls, who chastised her for her remark on Ned Nwoko’s gift of N20 million to colleague, Halima Abubakar.

It all started after ailing actress Halima Ababakar took to social media to thank her colleague Regina Daniels and her billionaire husband, Ned Nwoko, for their financial support.

LASU staff slumps and dies while queuing to withdraw N5,000 in bank amid cash scarcity

A staff of the Lagos State University (LASU), identified as Mr Ademola Adesola, slumped and died while queuing to withdraw N5,000 new notes in a bank.

The tragic incident took place in a bank within the school premises on Tuesday, February 21, 2023.

Confirming the incident to the Nigerian Tribune, the Head of the Publicity and Public Relations Unit of the university, Mr Jeariogbe Olaniyi, said Mr Ademola drove himself to school that morning.

He said the Grade Level 13 officer left his office for the bank around 11.30am to withdraw money from his account. Sadly, he collapsed while standing in the queue and died in the process.

He said the deceased only spent about 30 minutes in the queue when he suddenly slumped and could not be resuscitated.

Mr Olaniyi said the deceased was rushed to the school clinic for medical attention but all efforts to revive him was unsuccessful.

Speaking on the career of the deceased, he said Mr Adesola started working in the University as a typist in 1986 and rose to the Chief Executive Officer (Account) on Grade Level 13.

Controversial Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has acquired a brand new Range Rover.

The ‘Ika of Africa’ crooner took to his Instagram page to show off the newest addition to his garage on Tuesday, February 22, as he announced that he has signed an ambassadorial deal with an automobile company.

Portable, who was gifted a Range Rover by a wealthy fan months ago but had it damaged by street urchins, posted photos of himself posing with his new white Range Rover .

He wrote,

A while back, Portable had a funny interaction with a lady who sought to check if his jewelry was made of a real diamond.

She met him at an event where he was meeting up with Wizkid’s Disc Jockey, DJ Tunez, and asked to use her diamond test to verify the legitimacy of his neck chain.

Portable initially acted like he did not hear her and proceeded to greet DJ Tunez who then led him into the venue.

However, as they were walking in together, the Zazuu crooner turned and asked her if she wanted to test his diamond, to which she responded by saying ‘yes, please’ repeatedly.

Popular media personality, Gbemi has expressed sympathy for a dispatch rider who stole five packs of food from an order.

Gbemi, who also operates a food business, said the dispatch rider was contracted to deliver an order to a company that ordered 45 packs of food.

To their surprise, the rider opened the well-packaged order and removed five packs of food from it, for his personal consumption.

Speaking on the incident, Gbemi expressed pity for the rider and attributed his action to the level of hunger and suffering in Nigeria.

The media personality, who was recently appointed as the Group Vice President of Marketing for Wakanow, wrote on Instagram,

“Guys, the amount of gist I have for you.
A company ordered 45 packs of lunch packs from us and we sent it with Rida after careful packaging, like the paper bags was stapled together and the driver opened it and stole 5 packs, guys 5 packs.

People are hungry
This is sad, it’s funny and not funny at the same time.”

However, some netizens chided her for trying to justify the rider’s action when he obviously stole from her company.

Nigerian model, Adeola Ariyo, who was called out for snatching her friend’s boyfriend and baby daddy, has broken her silence.

Recall that Adeola was accused by her friend, Munirah, of snatching her man after she introduced them to each other.

Munirah, in a series of Instagram posts detailing the betrayal by her friend Adeola and her lover, claimed Adeola was very close to her family and frequently went out with her and her boyfriend, but unbeknownst to her, Adeola was interested in him and wanted him for herself.

Adeola, in a message she sent to Munirah, however, maintained that Munirah was never her friend but a fan who was trying to get close to her.

Finally breaking her silence following the allegations, Adeola took to her Instagram page to show off the man she was accused of snathing.

She shared a loved-up video of them and declared that she’s in her “happy girl” era.

Popular Ghanaian actor, Majid Michel has revealed that he was not ordained as a pastor.

The thespian, who made clarifications on being referred to as a “man of God” by many in a recent interview, said he did not attend any pastoral school, rather, the media named him a pastor.

According to Majid Michel, the media began referring to him as a pastor after he started giving talks at different gatherings, churches, and conferences, sharing the knowledge he discovered about Christianity by himself.

“As I got older and learned the Bible for myself, I made the decision to teach it. In an effort to spread what I had learned, the media observed me speaking about these topics at various churches, conferences, and gatherings. It was the media that reported that I was a pastor despite never having attended a Bible school. I’ve never been anointed as a pastor.

“I chose to teach it once I grew up and discovered it for myself. In an effort to spread what I had learned, I spoke about these topics at a number of churches, conferences, and gatherings. The media reported that I was a pastor even though I had never attended a Bible school. I have never had a pastorate.

“It would be dishonest of me to minimize the gift of prophecy that God has given me. I have faith in the one true God, creator of heaven and earth. I have no doubt in my mind that Yesua was sent by God to save his people.” He said.

A throwback video of popular gospel singer, Mercy Chinwo performing Afrobeat legend Fela Kuti’s hit track, “Zombie,” has surfaced online and gone viral.

The gospel singer, who rose to prominence after winning the popular talent show Nigeria Idol in 2012, is seen on stage in the viral clip energetically performing Fela’s Zombie.

The “Obinasom” crooner was brought on stage in a box, and after it was opened, she popped out and gave an electrifying performance that wowed the audience and judges.

The judges were impressed by Mercy Chinwo’s energetic performance, such that Fela Kuti’s eldest son, Femi Kuti, who was one of the judges, praised her performance.

A young woman has taken to social media to call out her close friend, who snatched her man after she introduced them to each other.

The aggrieved woman, simply identified as Munira, detailed the betrayal by her friend and lover in a series of Instagram posts.

According to Munirah, the friend, a Nigerian model named Adeola Ariyo, was so close to her family and frequently went out with her and her boyfriend; unknown to her, Adeola had eyes for her man.

She shared photos and videos showing how close she and her friend were and how she introduced her friend to her boyfriend.

She claimed that Adeola would frequently accompany them on dates while she was unaware that her boyfriend and her friend had begun dating.

Man returns from UK to beg mum years after abandoning her because of pastor’s revelation (video)

A man identified as Destiny who traveled to the United Kingdom has returned to Nigeria to reconcile with his mother whom he abandoned for half a decade.

Destiny traveled to the United Kingdom five years ago in pursuit of brighter pastures, but he claims a preacher abroad tricked him with a revelation concerning his mother, prompting him to cut her off.

In a video with TikTok content producer Ayoms, he described what transpired and stated that he had made peace with her.

Destiny revealed that when he arrived overseas, a friend took him to a cleric who spoke horrible things about the woman who gave birth to him.

The young guy stated that he was so angry that he refused to contact his mother since then, nor did he offer her any financial help although knowing that she sold akara.

He said;

“When I got there, a friend of mine took me to one of his churches. The man of God there twisted my mind towards my mum. So, it has not been easy. He said so many things about my mum I could not even place my hands on. I could not reach out to my mum or talk to her. My mind was so bitter.”

Destiny went on to say that he ended up in prison due to paperwork issues, and that while there, he had a strange dream about his mother.

“I dreamt and I saw my mum fighting for me. The shocking part of it is that she was fighting and holding my papers back from them,” he explained.

In the same video, upon his return to Nigeria, he visited the spot where his mum fries akara and scattered everything.

He announced that he was back to take care of her and begged her to accept him back that he was remorseful and they made up.
