American actress and singer Halle Baileyhas been granted a restraining order for her baby father, DDG, over allegations of physical and verbal abuse, as reported by E! News.
The actress, known for her roles in the popular Disney movie “The Little Mermaid” and the Series “Grownish,” took her baby daddy, DDG, to court to secure a temporary restraining order over the abuse he had been subjecting her to.
She revealed in a court filing that an altercation they had in January had left her with multiple bruises on her arm and a chipped tooth, even providing images.

“American star Halle Bailey has been granted a restraining order against her ex and baby daddy, rapper DDG, over claims of abuse. She says he assaulted her during a custody exchange in January, leaving her with bruises and a chipped tooth. Halle also accused him of entering her home without permission, smashing her Ring camera, and sending her unsettling texts.
The judge ordered DDG to stay 100 yards away, stop posting about her or their son Halo, and allowed Halle to travel to Italy for work with their child.”

They called him a skilled but creatively bankrupt designer who has made a habit of stealing other artists’ designs.
With two designs already uncovered, many believe that he might have stolen more from her and other artists who are currently unknown.

Evidence of his theft was presented in the form of the time of his posts, Veekee showcased her design on Instagram on August 10, 2024, while King Corset revealed his on May 12, 2025.
This did not sit well with the celebrity designer as she took to Instagramto call him out for his actions, calling it theft, questioning why people could not be creative and come up with their own designs.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission just announced via their Instagram page that they have sentenced two content creators, Tee Dollar and Tobi Nation, for the “mutilation of the Naira notes”.
They revealed that the two men were arrested and charged with tampering and spraying Naira notes at an event, to which they pleaded guilty.
On Thursday, May 8, 2025, they were sentenced to 6 months in jail with the option to pay a fine of โฆ200,00 by Justice Alexander Owoeye of the Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos.
The statement released to the public:
“Court Jails Two Six Months for Naira Abuse in Lagos
The Lagos Zonal Directorate 1 of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Thursday, May 8, 2025, secured the conviction and sentence of the duo of Babatunde Peter Olaitan and Tobilola Olamide to six months imprisonment each for mutilation of the Naira notes.
They were jailed by Justice Alexander Owoeye of the Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos.
The convicts were arraigned on a separate one-count charge of tampering with the Naira notes and spraying, to which they each pleaded โguiltyโ.
The charge against Olaitan reads: โThat you, BABATUNDE PETER OLAITAN, on 8th April 2025, at 23, Macdonald Road, Ikoyi, Lagos, within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court, whilst dancing during a social event, tampered with funds in the denomination of N200 (Two Hundred Naira) issued by the Central Bank of Nigeria by spraying it, and you thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under Section 21(1) of the Central Bank Act, 2007.โ
The charge against Olamide reads:โThat you, TOBILOLA OLAMIDE A.K.A TobiNation, on 8th April 2025, at 23 Macdonald Road, Ikoyi, Lagos, within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court, whilst dancing during a social event, tampered with funds in the denomination of N200 (Two Hundred Naira) issued by the Central Bank of Nigeria by spraying it, and you thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under Section 21(1) of the Central Bank Act, 2007.โ
In view of their pleas, prosecution counsel, C.C. Okezie and H.U.KofarNaisa, respectively, reviewed the facts of the cases through Ibrahim Bukar, an investigative officer with the EFCC.
In his evidence, Bukar specifically told the court that the Commission, on April 10, 2025, generated an intelligence-driven investigation on TikTok, where Olaitan, also known as TDollar, was seen spraying Naira notes.
He also told the court that โUpon the approval of the intelligence by the Zonal Director, a letter of investigation was sent to the defendant, requesting him to make a statement regarding the video.”

A man took to Instagram to share how his father managed to prevent a house agent from extorting money from a young couple who were desperate for a place to rent.

A Nigerian man and father named Nkwocha Tochukwu has strongly advised women against marrying men who expect them to put their careers on hold after they give birth.
The post was an indirect response to a controversial statement made by life coach Solomon Buchi, where he shared his belief, that a woman should sacrifice 7 years of their career to raise her child after childbirth.
In a long and detailed post, Tochukwu expressed his views on why men who want their partners to give up their careers to take care of the home are not worth marrying.
