Speaking to the VP, Afolayan said he had envisioned that his tenure would bring peace and fortune to Nigerians.

It can be recalled that the drama between the two started on Monday, May 23, after Bobrisky weighed in on the social media clash between the actress and journalist, Kemi Olunloyo.
Tonto Dikeh had come for Kemi Olunloyo after she publicly berated her for rejoicing over the demolition of her estranged lover, Kpokpogri’s, house in Abuja.
Tonto Dikeh’s former bestie, Bobrisky, then reached out to Kemi Olunloyo to express her support for her in the midst of her clash with the actress.

A young lady identified simply as Blessing, is mourning her kid sister who was allegedly poisoned to death by unknown persons.
According to Blessing who hails from Bayelsa State, her sister was rushed to a hospital in Okolobiri, Yenegoa, on Saturday May 21, where doctors confirmed she was poisoned.
Sharing photos of her young sister and mourning her demise, Blessing wrote on her Facebook page,
“RIP my Bby sis. U left us without saying good bye. We all rushed u to okolobiri. Doctors said they poisoned u. U are 4ever in my heart. I love u and I really missed u. Don’t rest in peace, kill the people that killed u. 5.30 u left us without telling us good bye. I miss u my bby. Good things dont last on earth” she wrote.
A while back, Nigerian singer and songwriter, Tolulope Ajayi, professionally known as TClassic, was hospitalized for an undisclosed illness.
However, viral reports claimed the musician was poisoned while hanging out with his friends. Following the event, he was brought to the hospital, where he underwent treatment.
T-classic took to Twitter to share a photo of himself in a hospital bed and gave an update on his health, but he did not confirm or deny the viral rumor.
He said he was responding to treatment and recuperating.

Twitter CEO, Parag Agrawal has commended a Nigerian man, identified as Kunle Adeyanju, who took on an uphill task to travel from London to Lagos with a motorcycle to campaign against Polio.
Kunle began the ride on Tuesday, April 19, and has been sharing daily updates about his journey on micro-blogging site, Twitter.
He disclosed that his route is from London – France – Spain – Gilbraltar – Morocco – Western Sahara – Mauritania – St Louis – Senegal – Gambia – Mali – Cote d’Ivoire – Ghana – Togo – Benin – Lagos.
The rider who is currently in Ghana and will arrive Nigeria in a few days, has garnered over 80 thousand followers on the platform since he began his expedition a month ago, as netizens look out for his posts daily.
He recently paid a visit to the Twitter office in Ghana and was warmly welcomed by the team.

“I’m here to reset your brain” – Tonto Dikeh replies Kemi Olunloyo, shares video evidence to prove that she’s in Lagos
Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh has replied journalist, Kemi Olunloyo, after she accused her of lying about being in Lagos to deal with her.
The online fracas between the duo seems to be unending as they’ve been attacking each other via their social media pages for days now.
It all started when Kemi shared her thoughts on Tonto’s reaction to the demolition of her ex-lover, Prince Kpokpogri’s mansion.
She berated Tonto for rejoicing over her ex’s downfall and lacking sympathy for her fellow human.
The investigative journalist also accused the 36-year-old actress of buying a gun in Ghana in an attempt to kill her husband and father of her son, Olakunle Churchill.
Reacting, Tonto attacked the journalist and said she has flown down to Lagos to confront her over the allegations she levied against her.

The journalist said Tonto Dikeh had no involvement in the demolition and accused her of having no regard for humanity and reveling in the losses of others.
Tonto Dikeh’s former bestie, Bobrisky, reached out to Kemi Olunloyo to express her support for her in the midst of the clash.
Bobrisky assured Kemi Olunloyo that Tonto’s threats are empty and she cannot do anything to the journalist.

The thespian cum evangelist advised singles not to settle down with a partner that bores them.
Eucharia Anunobi who gave this advice to singles in an Instagram post said settling for a boring person would be a disservice to both parties.
Humans, she said, were intended to enjoy life to the fullest, but marrying a boring partner will make will prevent you from doing so.
“If you find him or her boring , don’t settle for them . That will be a disservice to yourself and that other person. YOU ARE TO LIVE LIFE ABUNDANTLY NOT LIVING A CONTRIVED LIFE ‼️‼️ John 10 : 10 .” She wrote.

A Ghanaian man has caused quite a stir on social media after he choose to celebrate his birthday party at a cemetery.
A clip from the event is currently making rounds online and has sparked mixed reactions from netizens.
The video showed the birthday celebrant celebrating his special day with his friends and loved ones at a graveyard in a community in Ghana.
The celebrant wore the Ghanaian traditional kente wrapper, while his guests wore all-white outfits.

The 22-year-old reality TV star said in a chat with media personality, Taymesan on his Tea with Tay Podcast. Taymesan had asked if she regretted going on the reality show, and she said yes.
Angel, who claims to be the most misunderstood ex-BBN housemate, says she sometimes wishes she could go back to her old life.
She recalled instances when she tweeted at random and people misunderstood her post for a dig at her colleagues.
“Yes I regretted it…It’s like who sent you message, I know I was not in the best place, but I was doing perfectly okay for my age. There are days you’re grateful and days why you’re just angry…There are days the trolling get too much…” She said in part.

A guest at an event was nabbed after stealing money that was being sprayed on the celebrants over the weekend.
The woman had pretended to help the celebrants pick their money, but she was secretly stashing the funds under her sleeve.
She was apprehended and the stolen Naira notes were recovered from her sleeve.
Comedian and event compere, MC Edo Pikin who was at the event filmed and shared the video on social media.
The now viral video showed the woman being confronted by a group who had caught her red-handed. She would have been severely punished thanks to the quick intervention of the media personality and other women at the scene.
“Caught red handed , stealing money in event I attended on Saturday. I felt for her though, but stealing is stealing. Women respect women , they made sure she was not touched”, MC Edo Pikin captioned the video.

In other news, a young man has narrated how his father intervened just in time to save him from leaving a bad impression on his first date with a lady.
The young man identified simply as Nonye said he went on a date to a bar with a lady he had been admiring. According to him, they chatted away so long that he didn’t think to order them something to eat.
Thankfully, his father, who was watching from afar, ordered something for the young man and his date and had the waiter take it to their table.
He noted that when the waiter approached their table with two plates of pepper soup and drinks, he told her he didn’t make any orders, and the waiter pointed at the man who ordered the meal on their behalf, his father.
Nonye said when he got home, he said his father and mother laughed at him for taking a girl on a date without buying her food. He added that his parents still tease him about the incident till date.
