Some beach-goers were shocked to the bones after spotting dozens of strange creatures across seafronts in New South Wales in Australia following weeks of record rainfall.
The weedy seadragons were seen in Cronulla, Malabar and the Central Coast and they are said to be 10 times the number that usually washup to the sea shore.
This incident has left animal experts in shock as they attempt to explain why the “bizarre” creatures washed up on the beaches.
Although, it’s normal for the creatures to be found in Australian waters, it’s unusual for them to stray so far away from the ocean. Adult sea dragons are estimated to only move a mere 50-500 metres away from where they were birthed.
A professor of marine ecology at the University of Technology, Dr David Booth, told the Sydney Morning Herald: “Clearly it’s a result of some combination of the shocking weather, pollutants being washed into the ocean and big surf.”
UPDATE: TMZ’s source has stated that rumors about Rihanna breaking up with her boyfriend, ASAP Rocky over an alelged infidelity is untrue.

A Nigerian mother of two has slammed those mocking her for becoming pregnant just months after giving birth to her second child.
Jessica, a pregnant mother of two, recently announced that she is expecting her third child, just a few months after the birth of her second.
Celebrating her third wedding anniversary with her husband, Jessica, who welcomed a baby boy seven months ago, showed off her growing baby bump in photos that she shared on her Instagram page.
According to her, since she revealed her pregnancy, she has received a barrage of negative texts and remarks.

The Lagos state police command has apprehended Nigerian lady Toyosi, who falsely reported a kidnapping and rape on Twitter.
Earlier today the young lady took to her Twitter page to cry for help that she was being raped and kidnapped. She further shared the number of her alleged abductor.
The Tweet went viral and well-meaning Nigerians pulled together resources to help rescue Toyosi…. hours later, Toyosi updated Twitter NG that she is “Fine”.
Her post was suspicious and people assumed she was being compelled to share the tweet by her kidnapper and they pressed further. This led to the police raiding and arresting the occupant of the house address that was retrieved from tracking the number she shared online.

Family and friends of a young Nigerian businessman, Hassan Shehu, has taken to social media to mourn him after he was allegedly stabbed to death by his best friend.
It was gathered that the 25-year-old was allegedly stabbed to death by his friend in Tudun-Fulani area of Bosso Local Government Area (LGA) of Niger State.
The suspect, Bashir, is said to be currently at large following the incident.
The spokesperson of the State Police Command, DSP Wasiu Abiodun, confirmed the incident in a statement on Thursday April 14.
“On 12/04/2022 at about 1700hrs a distress call was received that a male’s lifeless body was found at an apartment in Tudun-Fulani area of Bosso LGA. Police operatives attached to Bosso division were drafted to the scene and discovered the body. The victim was later identified as Hassan Shehu aged 25, a businessman at Kure market, Minna. Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was stabbed on the neck by one Bashir, his friend, who is presently at large.” The statement reads.

Meanwhile, a Facebook user, Kira Miraj King, said the suspect lured the deceased to his house in Tudun Fulani under the guise of having gold jewelry for sale.
The younger brother of the deceased said that Bashir told the deceased to come with the sum of N5 million, but Hassan had only N3.5 million. On getting to the apartment, Bashir allegedly stabbed Hassan to death and fled with his car, two phones, and the sum of N3.5m.

A woman who didn’t know she was pregnant, has given birth in a hospital toilet and nearly flushed the baby down the drain.
The 23-year-old student, identified as Lalene Malik, was rushed to Northwick Park Hospital in Harrow, London, by her family after she complained of an intense stomach ache at their home in Greenford, west London, on March 26.
According to Lalene, she had been taking contraceptive pills for months because she was not planning to have a child yet, and took two pregnancy tests in February 2022 which came out negative, so she thought the stomach ache was constipation.
While waiting at the hospital, Lalene went to the toilet and her mother, Sumra, said she heard her screaming in pains while using the toilet and called the doctors.
As Lalene was about to flush the toilet, she noticed a tiny arm in the toilet bowl and raised alarm. It’s believed that the baby may have been in the toilet for seven seconds before being rescued by medics.
The medics said the baby looked lifeless and was not breathing, but thankfully, they were able to resuscitate him.
Lalene said, “I was gone. My mind was blank. I was put in another room because obviously I was crying and my mum was crying.
“It was a complete shock and a trauma for both of us and I felt that my life was in danger.
“(My mum) started crying and (said) to me: ‘Don’t you know you have a baby?’ From then on I was pale.”
The baby who has been named Mohammed Ibrahim, was born full-term and is now healthy after he was given oxygen and monitored by doctors.
An A&E registrar at the London hospital, Dr Ewa Grocholski, said she has never seen a baby born in such circumstances and it was the “most amazing experience” of her medical career.
“I’ve seen young ladies like Lalene before coming to A&E not knowing they’re pregnant and delivering in the A&E department, but it was always in a more safe place,” she added.
The new mom said her son is a “miracle baby” but accused her family doctor of not conducting enough tests on her to detect that she was pregnant.
“If I had known I was pregnant, I would have cherished those moments going shopping, getting stuff ready for the baby,” she said.
Lalene’s husband wasn’t in the country at the time and was in utter shock when he learnt about his son’s birth.
A Nigerian woman, Iyanu Ojo is currently battling for her life after her husband doused her with hot water during a scuffle at their home in Ondo state.
It was gathered that following the incident, the house wife was rushed to Owo general hospital, in Ondo State where she’s currently receiving treatment.
According to eyewitnesses, the couple had a disagreement in their home, and in anger, the husband went into their kitchen, boiled water, and then doused it on his wife. He reportedly fled the scene immediately, leaving his wife in so much pain.
Reacting, the wife of the state governor, Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu, described the incident as bestial and intolerable and vowed to get justice for the victim.
The first lady, stated in a statement that people who commit such horrific acts under whatever pretence do not deserve to live among humans.
“The spate of spousal violence in the country is disturbing and regrettable. It is recurring and requires sterner actions. The narrative is both sad and sour. We cannot continue like this and just cannot afford inertia. Women should, at once, accept the fact that it is foolhardy to indulge abusive spouses to the detriment of one’s mental and physical health.
Why die in an abusive marriage? Women should speak up against abuse and possibly walk out of deleterious relationships. Let me restate it unequivocally that Ondo State will not be a haven to abusers, irrespective of who is involved. A first-year student at Kyambogo University in Uganda, Julius Osuta, who went missing after allegedly spending his tuition fees on sports betting, has been found.

Following the recent launch of The Hypo Toilet Rescue Volunteer program at NYSC Orientation Camp, Ipaja, Hypo Toilet cleaner has gone another step further fulfilling its part of the agreements to officially commissioned a 8 units rescued Toilets at the Secretariat in Surulere for the benefit of the corp members and the management staff of the NYSC.

However, some others slammed those criticizing Ifu over the way her father was buried because it is insensitive. They averred that there is nothing wrong with it as burial ceremonies are not supposed to be glamouros.

The controversial content creator took to her Instastories to write an open letter to Annie as she urged her to speak to her husband to get the procedure which would make him unable to impregnate a woman.
According to Shade, the iconic singer has enough children already from his wife, Annie, and two baby mamas.

A Nigerian man has reportedly died days after catching his girlfriend cheating on him with another man.
A Twitter user identified as Olukayode, while reacting to a post of a man narrating how he landed in the hospital following a heartbreak, recounted how he lost his friend who had a similar experience.
“I’ve been hospitalized because of heartbreak before. I met her on the bed riding another guy and moaning and sweating and riding so hard. It’s wasn’t a joke. It was so painful and hard to deal with for months.” The tweet read.
Reacting, Olukayode, said his friend walked in on his girlfriend doing a blow job on another man.
Unfortunately, the heartbroken man, who was an asthmatic patient, passed out of shock and died a few days later.
“Lost a friend today on something similar he saw his girlfriend sucking another guy’s gbola on Sunday, the poor asthmatic patient can’t get over it cuz it was hard to believe ,even I can bet my life that she can’t do that to him. My guy didn’t wake toda”. He wrote.
A young Nigerian lady known as Toyosi is currently trending for the wrong reason after she ‘chased clout’ on micro-blogging website, Twitter.
On Thursday, 14th April, 2022, Toyosi took to her Twitter page to cry for help that she was being raped and kidnapped. She further shared the number of her alleged abductor.
The Tweet went viral and well-meaning Nigerians pulled together resources to help rescue Toyosi…. hours later, Toyosi updated Twitter NG that she is “Fine”.
Her post was suspicious and people assumed she was being compelled to share the tweet by her kidnapper and they pressed further. This led to the police raiding and arresting the occupant of the house address that was retrieved from tracking the number she shared online.
Lo and behold, Toyosi made a video that she was entirely okay and she admitted that she raised a false alarm. Her sister in a viral whatsapp conversation corroborated the video as she claimed her sister (Toyosi) was catching cruise with the Rape alarm.
Toyosi’s elder brother also said she used the rape accusation to chase clout but didn’t know it’ll escalate to this, he’s so mad at her .
Following the death of popular gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu, who reportedly died as a result of domestic violence by her husband, many women have shared their experiences at the hands of their abusive partners.
While posting a video from her 2009 wedding, relationship guru Blessing Okoro revealed how her ex-husband abused her the day before their wedding and still dragged her to the alter on the big day.
Narrating her story, Blessing noted that the death of the famous singer brought back her hatred and anger over how she had been abused in her marriage years before.
According to Blessing, her ex-husband, Lucky, “took away her youth at 15 years”. She further claimed that her younger sister was there when he allegedly beat her “to a coma” two weeks after their wedding.

Blessing, who tied the knot with Lucky when she was 19, got a divorce from him 2 years later, and the divorce was eventually finalised in 2016. She shared photos of her divorce documents while advising women to be financially independent because divorce is expensive in Nigeria.
A trending video on social media has a boy who claimed to be 15-years-old boasting that he diabolically slept with his own mother in order to become rich.
The boy shared a video of his “doings” and when someone asked him the source of his wealth and to “show the way”, the boy replied with a question “Can you sleep with your mother like i did?”

A Nigerian woman has taken to social media to warn young women against her abusive ex-husband.
The lady identified as Rael Gabriel alleged that her husband, Jamilu Gwarzala Dan-mutum, whom she tagged as abusive, recently stormed her mother’s house to pick up a fight with her.
Real went on to show the video which showed the moment Jamilu battered her in the presence of their daughter and her mother as evidence to corroborate her claim.
In the video, the woman is heard crying for help while her husband allegedly attacks her.
In a subsequent post, she revealed that their marriage would have been three years old by the 26th of this month, but she left her marriage over incessant domestic violence by her husband.
“So Jamilu Gwarzala Dan-mutum followed me to my mother’s house today, to come and fight me, he won’t look for his mates to fight o. I won’t keep quiet, let your sister or friend marry this person at her own peril. Let this be here as evidence.
