Islamic school teacher who raped

An Islamic school teacher who raped 13 students at an Islamic boarding school in Indonesia, is now facing death penalty after his life sentence was upgraded.

Islamic school teacher who raped

The teacher, identified as Herry Wirawan, reportedly sexually groomed 13 female students, aged between 12-16 years, and impregnated 8 of his victims.

He was sentenced to life imprisonment in February but the case was appealed by the prosecutors, and he has now been punished with death penalty in a statement released on Monday on the Bandung High Court’s website..

Herry’s lawyer has refused to comment on the matter, and didn’t disclose if they would make an appeal on the death penalty.

Islamic school teacher who raped

Indonesian officials, including the country’s child protection minister, have also supported calls for Herry to face death penalty, although the nation’s human rights commission is vehemently against it.

Wirawan was brought into court in handcuffs and kept his head down as the judge gave his ruling. The judge added that restitution for the victims will be paid by the government.

Meanwhile, relatives of the victims have spoken on the controversial case.

Hidmat Dijaya, an uncle of one of the victims said, “This wound will never be healed as long as we live, maybe until we die. The pain we are feeling is indescribable. We don’t feel heard.

If the sentence is lenient like this, there will be more Islamic teachers who will abuse children.

We will let God as the highest judge punish him. We can only pray because those judges failed to represent our hurt and pain.’

Man accuses a police officer of extorting N130,000 from him after falsely accusing him of being a Yahoo Boy

Man accuses

A man has accused a police officer of extorting N130,000 from him after falsely accusing him of being an internet fraudster a.k.a Yahoo boy.

Man accuses

According to the man who said he was stopped by the officers around Gurumaraji camp along Ibadan expressway, they requested for his documents which he provided and disclosed that the car belonged to his friend.

He said he was told to call his friend to confirm that he didn’t steal the car, and he did. However, they went on ask for his ID card and driver’s license which he presented.

The officers were still not satisfied and started going through his phone and accused him of being a Yahoo boy.

He said, “They started saying I’m a Yahoo boy and that if I’m not why will I be driving a big car (Toyota Venza)”.

The man said he insisted that they take him to the police station, but they refused and allegedly threatened to shoot him.

He mellowed out of fear, and they eventually asked him to pay N500,000 but he begged them to collect a lesser amount because he didn’t have up to that amount.

After a couple of back and forth, he sent N130,000 to one of the officer’s account out of the N140,000 he had in his account. He identified the officer as Festus Akele.

The young man managed to take a picture of one of the officers and alleged that they didn’t let him go until the officer had received the money.

Body of 16-year-old South African boy found buried in his aunt’s backyard weeks after she reported him missing (photos)

A 36-year-old woman has been arrested after the body of her 16-year-old nephew was found in her backyard weeks after she reported him missing.

The teenage boy had gone to visit his aunt, identified as Andile Aalivirah, in Tsakane, Gauteng, this month when she allegedly beat him to death, buried his body, and declared him missing afterwards.

His aunt, who had lodged a case of a missing person at the police station, was arrested along with her 14-year-old son on Friday, April 1.

The woman’s son is said to have helped his mother beat Neo to death and bury him in the backyard.

Police exhumed the body from a large pit that the aunt allegedly hired people to dig under the guise of installing a water tank.

On Monday, April 4, the suspect is scheduled to appear in Tsakane Magistrate’s Court on allegations of murder, perjury, and subverting the ends of justice.

Man with nine wives says he wants to marry two more women and have babies with all of them

A Brazilian man, Arthur O Urso, who married nine wives at once to celebrate free love has revealed he plans to marry two more women and wants babies with all of them.

The model made headlines sometime ago when he discussed his controversial marriage to nine women. According to him, he decided to marry nine women in a collective wedding to celebrate “free love” and “protest against monogamy”.

Now, after facing a divorce from one of the women, the Urso says he hopes to find two more ladies to marry.

One of the wives named Agatha said the idea of polyamory isn’t appealing to her anymore so she intends to leave.

Speaking on Agatha’s decision to leave, Urso said, “She wanted to have me all to herself. It didn’t make sense – we have to share.”

“I was very sad about the separation and even more surprised by her excuse. She said that she was missing a monogamous relationship. My other wives thought her attitude was wrong and that she accepted the marriage for adventure and not for real feelings,” he added.

“I know I’ve lost a wife, but I’m not going to replace her at the moment.” he said

Now, with 8 wives, the Brazilian model hopes to marry two more women to bring his total of wives to 10.

In his words,

“I have a dream – my wish has always been to have 10 wives. I only have one daughter. But I want to have a child with each one of my wives. The love I feel for each of them is the same. I think it would be unfair to only have children with one or two of them.”

A viral video that showed a woman starring at a man purported to be her husband during a sermon in church has stirred hilarious reactions from social media users.

The Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Paul Enenche, during a sermon in his church, addressed men who stopped buying gifts for their partners after they got married.

He berated men who do not even remember the last time they bought a scarf, shoe, or clothes for their wives, despite living together in the same house.

Surprisingly, as the clergyman was speaking, a woman fixed her gaze at a gentleman seated beside her, who was listening intently.

She kept staring at him, shaking her head and smiling, an action that suggests that the man is guilty of what is being said.

Sharing the video online, an Instagram user noted that that’s one of the disadvantages of sitting close to one’s wife during a sermon.

“I don’t know whether there will be 2023 election yet” – Adeboye

Revered clergyman, Enoch Adeboye, has said that God has not told him yet whether an election will be held in Nigeria in 2023.

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, who stated this during a sermon in his church on Sunday, April 3, said God spoke to him about the 2019 elections more than a year to the election but the case has not been so with the 2023 election.

“I have never told you this is the fellow you should vote for. I have never said this is the party you should belong to and I will never say it. Because in the Redeemed Christian Church of God, every party is represented here. APC, PDP, APGA, Labour and other parties that you don’t even know their names.

Listen to me carefully and if you are going to quote me, quote me correctly. I am talking to those of you who are my children. Do you want to know the truth? And nothing but the truth? I am talking of myself now. As of now, as I am standing before you, I still don’t know whether or not there would be an election next year. Don’t say that Pastor Adeboye said there would be no election next year; that’s not what I said. Adeboye does not know yet, put the word ‘yet’.

How come you don’t know? Because my father has not talked to me about it yet. The last time we had an election, He (God) spoke to me about the election by June of the previous year and this is April. So, it is not late but He hasn’t told me yet.” He said.
