Legendary singer, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, recently described his wife, Annie Idibia’s love for him as scary.
The African Queen star stated this in the new Netflix reality show “Young, Famous & African”. He told South African media personality, Khanyi Mbau, that his wife, Annie, truly loves him and can burn herself to keep him warm.
Khanyi, concerned about Annie’s emotional turmoil in her marriage, pulled 2face Idibia aside to speak with him shortly before they renewed their marital vows.
“I have grown to love your wife so much and she is crazy but as time went on, i got to understand her….do you know how much she loves you? She will burn herself to keep you warm…” Khanyi said.
“Of course! yes it is scary… I feel it, she shows it even more than I do…it is scary sometimes…She has always shown me how much she loves me, she shows it more than I do…..I recognize where I have done wrong, where I should step up my game, sometimes I still slack but I recognise it all.” 2Baba responded.
The actress took to her social media pages to share the news with her fans and followers, alongside a boss lady photo of herself. Consequently, the 43-year-old Nollywood legend has exclusive right to the name.
The latest update has generated mixed reactions from netizens. Some opined that she had no right to trademark the name because it is a “public name”.
A Nigerian medical doctor, Chinelo, took to the micro-blogging platform, Twitter, last night to ask Nigerians to pray for her after she sustained gunshot injuries during the terrorist attack on the Abuja-Kaduna train.
The young lady, who is said to have been scheduled to leave Nigeria for the UK later this week, tweeted that she was on the train and had been shot.
Her tweet received tons of reactions from Twitter users, with many accusing her of using the situation to chase clout. Rather than pray for her as requested, Nigerians who doubted the tweet trooped to the comment section to mock her and query how she was able to tweet in that situation.
Unfortunately, a friend of the now deceased doctor took to the platform to confirm that Chinelo didn’t make it and died in the attack.

Reality TV star and self-styled boss lady, Ka3na, has replied to fellow reality star Tacha’s shade about a certain boss lady.
Big Brother Naija star, Natacha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, had taken to Twitter on Monday, March 28, to throw a subtle shade at an unnamed ‘boss bitch’.
Although she didn’t mention any names, Tacha noted that the individual claims to be a boss lady, but her lifestyle is being sponsored by different men.

Nollywood actress and film producer, Mary Njoku, has opined that legal action should be taken against the female fan who sexually harassed singer Ruger on stage.
Recall that, popular Nigerian Singer, Ruger recently suffered sexual abuse from a female fan while he was performing on stage.
Ruger was performing his hit song -DIOR- and a lady lost her self-control and proceeded to grab Ruger’s manhood.
Ruger was shocked by her action and he stood motionless as he looked at the unrepentant lady who kept on dancing to the song.

Unknown Gunmen attacked a Kaduna-bound training carrying hundred of passengers on Monday Evening.
The train reportedly left Abuja at about 6 P.M and it was attacked between Katari and Rijana.
One of the passengers aboard the train, Anas Iro-Danmusa, took to social media to cry out and to ask for prayers for those in the train.
“Please this is an emergency. We are inside train at the moment. Kidnappers planted explosives and the train engines have been ruined. We are helpless. Abuja to Kaduna train. Gunshots still being fired right around us. We are just under the seats praying to God while waiting for help. Since 8pm we have been here. Btw Katari to Rijana. I am a living witness,” he posted.
Hours later, he reported that the attack had been repelled as the Nigerian Army were now on the scene.
A Self-confessed ritualist who comes from Ibadan to Lagos to steal children for money ritual has been nabbed.
Following his arrest, the suspect who gave his name as Kayode Olafisoye, was recorded saying himself and his accomplice who is currently at large, have stolen so many children from the Berger, Iyana Ipaja, Ikotun, Iyana-Oba areas of the state.

Trending Hollywood actor, Will Smith, has apologized to comedian, Chris Rock for assaulting him at the Oscars on Sunday March 27th.
While Rock was on stage about to present an award, he made a couple of jokes, one of which didn’t sit well with Smith, who because of that, stormed the Oscars stage to hit Rock — the joke was about his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith’s haircut.
Rock, in his joke, compared Jada Pinkett Smith’s hair to that of G. I. Jane’s, who has a shaved head — Jada suffers from hair loss condition, alopecia. Pinkett Smith has been grappling with hair loss since revealing her alopecia diagnosis in 2018.
Following reactions after the slapping incident with most criticising Smith for being violent, the father of two has apologized. The King Richard actor said his “behaviour was unacceptable and inexcusable” as he was out of line.
He also added that he is embarrassed and his actions were not indicative of the man he wants to be.
Taking to his Instagram page, he wrote;
Violence in all of its forms is poisonous and destructive. My behavior at last night’s Academy Awards was unacceptable and inexcusable. Jokes at my expense are a part of the job, but a joke about Jada’s medical condition was too much for me to bear and I reacted emotionally.

Youtuber-turned-boxer, Jake Paul has offered Will Smith and Chris Rock $15m to fight following their controversy at the just-concluded Oscars award.

Big Brother Naija star, Boma Akpore, has stated that Nigerians owe him an apology for falsely accusing him.
This comes after Tega, his in-house lover, confessed that her marriage ended in 2020, before she took part in the Big Brother Naija reality show.

Nigerian model and video vixen, Gift Camille, has given an update on her court case against her ex-boyfriend, singer Lil Frosh.
It can be recalled that in October 2020, Lil Frosh was called out for allegedly physically assaulting Gift – his girlfriend at the time, and photos of her battered face were shared online.
He was subsequently arrested by the police and remanded at the Ikoyi Prison till March 2021, however the controversial case died down.

Nigerian media personality, Uti Nwachukwu has reacted to Will Smith’s outburst against Chris Rock after he made a joke about his wife, Jada, at the 2022 Oscars.
Taking to his social media page, Uti said he thinks the whole saga was staged but if it wasn’t preplanned, then Will Smith went too far and needs therapy.

A video making the rounds online shows a young girl crying profusely after her boyfriend ended their relationship.
In the viral video, the young girl, said to be in senior secondary school 1 (SS1), is seen crying uncontrollably while her classmates try to pacify her.
A young boy who was recording the incident told her not to cry because she had at least “eaten” his money while they were dating. A friend of the heartbroken girl quickly responded that the boy did not have money to spend.
She added that the things he bought for his girlfriend on Valentine’s Day cost only N5,000.
