Billionaire Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin has gifted a lady, Ebi Patrick and a man, Omimi Brume N7 million for the roles they played in the his life when he was struggling.
Fufeyin, who had once said he almost committed suicide before he had divine encounter with God that changed his story for the better, said in a video posted on the official YouTube channel of the church that Patrick and Brume were instrumental to his journey in life.

The Lagos state government has frowned at a viral video showing kegs of petrol to be distributed to guests at a party.
On Friday, a viral videoshowing photos and videos of kegs containing petrol lined up for guests at the Erelu Okin Foundation Installation party which was held on Friday, March 4, 2022 was shared.
A statement released by the state Commissioner of Information, Gbenga Omotoso, says the action is dangerous and can lead to loss of lives and property. Omotoso stated that this is being investigated and all those involved will be made to account for it.

Nollywood actor, Olanrewaju Omiyinka, aka Baba Ijesha, has revealed he was in a sexual relationship with comedienne, Princess, as the hearing for his alleged sexual assault case continues.
The thespian who is facing a six counts charge bordering on indecent treatment of a child, sexual assault, attempted sexual assault by penetration and sexual assault by penetration, while testifying in court on Friday, March 4 denied the allegations.
According to him, Princess was his lover and she’s framing him because he ended his relationship with her.
Ijesha who was being led in evidence by his counsel, Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Dada Awosika, said; “We were dating, my lord; she always slept in my room. We slept together, I touched her, she touched me, she kissed me and I kissed her.”
Recounting how he met Princess, the defendant claimed that he received a phone call from the comedienne while he was an on-air personality on Radio Lagos and LTV 8.
He added, “She said she was my number one fan and she asked me to promote her on my programme. That is how we started. She told me she wanted to join the Yoruba section because the English section is bad. She also asked me to introduce her to my producer”.
Ijesha further disclosed that in the course of the relationship, he met Princess’s mother and apart from giving him a nickname, she also advised him to take care of her daughter despite her “stubbornness.”
“I promised to promote her, I cannot allow anything to affect her career, I cannot hurt a woman, I’ve never done it in my life”, he said.
Narrating what transpired in 2014, the day he allegedly sexually molested Princess’s foster daughter with a car key, he said that in October 2014, a day after he returned from visiting his wife in the United Kingdom, he received a phone call from Princess.
He said the comedienne informed him that she was battling ill-health and needed some fruits. According to him, he bought some fruits and took them to her home.
Ijesha said,
“Ommediately I opened the door to her house, I saw her half-naked and I told her that I was outside, your fruit is inside the car. A few minutes after, the young girl (Princess’s foster daughter) came to pick the fruits from the car; she even met some area boys asking me for money. I gave her the fruits and she left.”

Chicken Republic has reacted to reports that the two security guards who were dancing while on duty in one of their outlets were sacked.
Recall that viral reports alleged that the two young guards in a video that went viral a few days ago displaying amazing steps as they joyfully opened the door for customers who came into the restaurant in Aba, were relieved of their duty.
The boys who have been tagged ‘happy boys’ by netizens also claimed that the company asked them to go without paying them their outstanding salary.
Reacting to this, in an official statement, Chicken republic claimed that the boys were not sacked, but sent out to undergo retraining.

A woman has taken to social media to raise an alarm after finding the decomposing body of an unidentified lady along a major road in Calabar.
The Facebook user who shared the video on the platform noted that the body, which is guessed to have been there for a while and was already rotten, was found in a bush along the Goodluck Jonathan bypass in Calabar, the Cross River state capital.
The body was reportedly found on Friday, March 4.

In other news, the Commissioner of Police of the Enugu State Command, CP Mohammed Ndatsu Aliyu, psc, has ordered the State CID to carry out a full-scale investigation to unravel the circumstances surrounding the death of a young lady identified as Orji Chiamaka Precious Gold, aged 20, whose lifeless body was found in a gutter, along Presidential Road, Independence Layout, Enugu.
In a statement released by the spokesperson of the state police command, ASP Daniel Ndukwe, Precious’ body was evacuated to the hospital, following information received in the early hours of Monday, March 29 by Police Operatives attached to New Haven Police Division.
Ndukwe stated that the doctors on duty confirmed her dead while the corpse was deposited in the mortuary for preservation and autopsy.
The police spokesperson added that two (2) persons have been arrested and are being investigated to ascertain their culpability or otherwise, in the death of the young lady.
The families of a young Nigerian couple in Plateau state have been thrown into mourning after the couple were burnt to death in a fire outbreak that started in their home on Thursday.
Although details of the incident are still sketchy at the time of filing this report, it was gathered that the fire was caused by a keg of petrol stored in the house.
A Jos resident, Shantel Alphonsus, said a keg of fire which was stored in the house went up in flames.

A Nigerian man has taken to Twitter to raise alarm over the new format scammers use to extort unsuspecting victims after requesting for a lift.
According to @msughterthomas, a lady he gave a lift three months used the format on him, and a friend of his also had a similar experience recently so he decided to share it online for people to learn from their ordeal.
He wrote,
“I met a lady three months ago at the banking hall. I gave her a ride, she forgot her wallet inside my car. We exchanged numbers, later that day she called me and said she forgot her wallet, I went immediately to check and saw a wallet. I called her to meet me at a particular joint so I could handover the wallet to her, she came, opened the wallet and said her money is gone. How much, she said 100k.
How can 100k fix very well in this small wallet. She began to shout, within few minutes people gathered and some boys came with bottles and said I should pay the money. They began to hit on my car and even carried fuel to set fire on me and my car, few people listened and believed me, while some did not. They took my car key and did all sought of threats.
Note that this girl asked for a lift and even persuaded me to give her my number. Just so my life and that of my wife would not be in danger I made a transfer there for her 100k. Took my car from them and go home. That day I couldn’t breathe, I hid this from my wife for two months.
But finally I told her. Just three days ago a friend experienced the same thing, he paid 80k and my police friend said it’s a new fraud in town. Please post so others could learn. If possible please share for a wider view.”

The Ukraine embassy in Nigeria has told Nigerians who have indicated an interest in joining Ukraine in its fight against Russian forces that they will not travel to Ukraine for free.
It was earlier reported that over a hundred young Nigerians stormed the Ukraine embassy in Abuja on Tuesday to volunteer to join Ukraine in the fight against Russian forces.
However, at the Ukraine Embassy in Abuja, the Nigerian volunteers were told to put down their names in a register provided by the embassy. The Nigerian volunteers were informed that they will have to provide $1,000 for their visa and ticket to Ukraine.
The Second Secretary at the embassy, Bohdan Soltys while addressing the young able-bodied men said another challenge that would hinder them from traveling to Ukraine now, is the airspace which had been shut due to the war.
“It is normal practice when people want to volunteer and join the army of another country. It is a normal international practice. Of course, for us, it is an expression of support which we really appreciate. For now, no one has gone. We have received hundreds of applications from people who said they are willing. We have sent lists to the government but I cannot tell you what will happen next.
“In this particular case, you cannot fly to Ukraine. The only way you can fly is to countries that border Ukraine. All these countries are part of the EU and Nigerians will need visas to visit these countries. So, it is a big obstacle. You cannot fly directly to Ukraine. You will have to go to Poland or Hungary”. The punch quoted him as saying.
On why $1,000 was being demanded from Nigerians, Soltys said, “Yes, $1,000. That is what I paid the last time I visited Ukraine.”
Nigerian singer, Aituaje Iruobe popularly known as Waje, has disclosed that she is ready to marry any man that sends fuel to her.
This comes amid the fuel scarcity in the country that has led to long queues at petrol stations and hiked transportation fare.
Taking to all her social media pages on Friday March 4, Waje said she is willing to marry any man that sends her family as little as 25 liters of petrol.
She wrote,
“For those asking for my hand in marriage, the most important item on the list is 100 liters of fuel. I can manage 50. In short my family will accept 25 sef. Even if you did not ask, because of Fuel (what you have in your hand! Holy!) you’ll gain a God fearing, demon chasing, heaven awaiting spouse.”
The thespian said she went to a petrol station to buy fuel but there was a long queue as a result of the fuel scarcity in the country.
She said while she was in her car, an innocent looking man approached her and introduced himself as a fan of hers. He then offered to buy the fuel for her.
According to Victoria, she gave him her keg, the money for the fuel and extra money for the effort, but the man never returned with the fuel or money.
