The most recent winner of the Big Brother Naija reality show, Hazel Onou aka Whitemoney, has broken his silence about what happened to his relationship with his colleague, Queen Mercy Atang.
The reality star held an interview with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu on Rubbin’ Minds, and he claimed that their feud was caused by a misunderstanding with the fellow reality star which resulted to him being blocked on all social media platforms.

“I have not seen Queen for a long time because she blocked me. I think it was a mistake and she didn’t know. That day, I was about to board a flight and she dropped a message. That particular line, I took off my profile picture…you know when you block someone, you won’t see their profile picture.
We spoke a day before the incident. I think she had issue with someone from my fanbase…they were exchanging words. So, it appears she was trying to reach out to me to call that person to order. While she was doing that, I couldn’t pick because I was already airborne. Immediately I boarded the plane, I took off my profile picture, then her message dropped but it only ticked once.
So, she thought I blocked her and also blocked me everywhere. Na phone she block, no be destiny, it’s funny to me, she has my second line but didn’t bother to call. We’ve not spoken since then but I believe we’ll resolve it,” he stated.

Abike Dabiri-Erewa, the Chairman of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, has said that a post-mortem test carried out on the body of Fadlullah Agboluaje, the 19-year-old Nigerian student who died a day after arriving in Ukraine, revealed that he died of extreme cold.
The sister of the deceased had taken to social media to call on the government to investigate his death after he was found dead on the floor of his room on Monday, January 10, barely a day after he arrived Ukraine.
Speaking on Monday, January 31, during a condolence visit to the family, Abike Dabiri-Erewa confirmed that the autopsy result showed the teenager died of extreme cold, adding that the school shouldn’t have accommodated the Nigerian in a facility that exposed him to such weather.
“The autopsy says he died of extreme cold, but how could they have lodged the boy in a hostel without a heater? Looking at the pictures of the room, he was put in a deplorable condition and there were no heaters in the room, in a temperature which is below 4°,” she said.
“I’m sure if they had informed him earlier, he would have brought his own heater. I’m here today and we will stand by the family and whatever it is, we can do to support the family on whatever decision they take on this matter.” She said.
The grieving mother, Mrs Musleemah Agboluaje also narrated how her son had complained that the heater in the room was not working and asked that it be fixed but got no response from the receptionist on duty.
Mrs Agboluaje said her late son had dreams of becoming a footballer and was admitted to studying Sports Science before the unfortunate incident.

A lady identifed as Black Cinderella has taken to her Instagram page to call out Nigerian Singer, Portable with accusations of sexual harassment and assault.
According to the Lady’s post, some young girls were invited to come “CHILL And DRINK”, it got to a point where the young young girls grew uncomfortable with the fact that they were being filmed and they asked to leave.
Black Cinderella then alleged that Portable and his management refused to let these girl go, as they locked them up and accused them of stealing Portable valuables.

The Kenyan lady who fast-rising Nigerian singer, Portable, rudely spoke to in a video trending online has finally broken her silence.
It was earlier reported that the Zazu Zeh star turned down a “hookup” proposal from a lady at an outdoor spot in Mombasa, Kenya.

The mum of two took to Instagram to share her heartwarming testimony as she opened up on the medical challenges she went through with her last pregnancy.
According to her, the same thing that happened with the pregnancies she lost almost happened again but this time, she decided to hold on to God and he didn’t fail her.

Blind Nigerian man allegedly burnt to death by his younger brother over piece of land in Anambra
A blind Nigerian man has allegedly been burnt to death by his younger brother over ownership of a piece of land in Anambra state.
The victim identified as Mr. Mmaduabuchi Nnofu, who is said to be the Coordinator of Joint National Association of Persons with Disabilities, JONAPWD, Aguata branch, and the first male child of his family was reportedly killed by his younger brother, Mr. Onyedika Nnofu, who is said to be the last male child of their family.
It was gathered that the incident occurred on Sunday, January 30th, 2022, at Eziagulu village, Ekwulobia in Aguata Local Government Area.
According to a source who spoke to Anambra Broadcasting Service (ABS), the suspect has been in conflict with Mmaduabuchi for a long time over the land, and has on different occasions threatened to kill him if he doesn’t leave the land.
Around 12 noon on Sunday, it was discovered that Mmaduabuchi was allegedly whacked and burnt beyond recognition by the said younger brother, Onyedika.
According to reports, angry youths of the community almost lynched the suspect to death before the police intervened and took him into custody.
The deceased was described as a vibrant leader in the disability community and someone who can never hurt a soul.
Woman delivers baby on flight to Washington DC “34,000 feet above sea level” (video)
A heavily pregnant Ghanaian woman recently gave birth to her baby on a flight to Washington, DC from Accra, Ghana.
It was gathered that the woman who was supposed to be due by late February went into labour onboard the airplane “34,000 feet above sea level”.
A Ghanaian doctor practicing in the US, Dr. Ansah-Addo, who was also on the flight, helped the woman to safely deliver her baby, a bouncy boy.
Media personality, Nancy Adobea Anane, better known as Ms. Nancy, who was also onboard the United Flight UA 977, shared a video of the event on her official Instagram page.
The video she shared showed the new mum breast-feeding her baby.
Sharing the video, Nancy wrote,
“On board @united Flight UA 977 today,a lovely baby boy was born. The baby Who was due late February decided to arrive 34,000 ft above sea level. Dr. Ansah-Addo a Ghanaian practicing in the USA made himself available when the pilot called for assistance of medical personnel on board. With assistance from the whole United crew ,a bouncy baby boy was delivered 2hours to landing.
The flight was met on arrival by paramedics upon landing at the Washington Dulles international airport. The baby and his mother GG are currently under medical care.”

A 70-year-old man simply identified as Leo has reportedly dug his own grave, bought his casket and refreshments in preparation for his burial.
In a chat with AfriMaxTV, Leo said he decided to make all the preparations for burial now that he’s still alive because he doesn’t want his corpse to be a burden to anyone. He added that members of his community are poor and find it hard to raise money to bury their dead.
AfriMaxTV also revealed that Leo got cement and bricks for his grave and paid for his pallbearers in advance.
Leo, who has nine wives, noted that he has been using his time to celebrate his remaining days on earth as he’s certain that his end is near and he wants to prepare in any way he can.

“I will pray for this kind of lady for my son” – Actor Kenneth Okonkwo reacts to lady who knelt to accept her boyfriend’s proposal
Nollywood actor, Kenneth Okonkwo has reacted to a trending post of a lady who knelt down to accept her boyfriend’s marriage proposal.
It was earlier reported that the lady said she knelt down because it’s against her culture for a man to kneel before a woman.
She added that western education and civilization will not change the fact that her boyfriend is the man of the house. Read here
Reacting to this, actor Kenneth Okonkwo said he will certainly pray for such a woman for his son.
According to him, a woman kneeling to accept her man’s proposal is more in line with our culture, as against men kneeling down to propose.
He commented under an Instagram post,
“This is quite interesting. I will certainly pray for this kind of lady for my son. It accords with our culture and way of life. Ideally, I would prefer none kneels for each other but it’s quite closer to our culture if it’s done in this fashion.”

Popular fashion blogger, Noble Igwe has blamed society for the current craze for wealth by any means possible.
Taking to Twitter on Sunday, January 30, Noble said Nigerians don’t question the source of people’s wealth and celebrate them when they show off “overnight untraceable success”.
He said society even gives such people titles, preferential treatment and respect. According to him, more people will do dangerous things to also receive such treatments.
Highlighting ways in which society encourages ill-gotten wealth, the 42-year-old media personality advised Nigerians to stop celebrating questionable wealth.
This comes in the wake of young Nigerian boys engaging in online fraud and killing their loved ones for ritual purposes.

“Everyday, we are on different pages of people we know that cannot afford certain things shouting “ God when” then come here to act surprise that people are doing evil to ‘belong.
Our society does not question source of anything.
People will post three skits in a year and then post a house they just bought, people will appear in two movies then post “new me , new house”.
Thing is , we celebrate all types of questionable wealth.
In most clubs, it’s only bottle services.
They don’t sell cocktails or beer and when people other expensive drinks, music is shut down to deliver drink(s) to one person or a group.
People will kill or commit crime to get such a treatment.
The church will take donation from anyone with money, the village will crown anyone with money, no questions asked.
Families don’t ask their children how they make their money and some don’t care.
It’s the society that feeds this monster.
I need to stop now, I’m already seeing my tweets on blogs.
Remember, family is important in shaping the society and we owe it to one another to fix our homes.
Stop celebrating overnight untraceable success.”

Nigerian lady travels ‘across Nigeria’ in 7 days with a motorcycle (photos)
A Nigerian female biker has reportedly travelled across the country in 7 days with her motorcycle.
The lady, simply identified as Fehintoluwa, took to Twitter to reveal that she travelled to 22 states in Nigeria within 7 days.
She shared photos of herself in different northern states and disclosed that she had a great time touring the country even though it was a tasking adventure.
When netizens queried her for embarking on the daredevil adventure despite the security challenges in the North, Fehintoluwa said she was very careful and fortunately, she didn’t encounter any problem on the road.
She wrote,

Comedian, Bae U reacts after being accused of demanding sex from ladies before featuring them in his skits (video)
Popular Instagram skit maker, Adebayo Ridwan, better known as Bae U, has reacted after he was called out for allegedly demanding sex from ladies before featuring them in his skits.
The comedian is currently trending on Twitter, with over 10,000 tweets in the last 24 hours, after some ladies who claimed to be his victims spoke up with receipt of their chat with the him.
Another lady also took to Twitter to narrate how Bae U caused a huge fight between her and her ex-boyfriend after he ‘lured’ her into having sex with him.
Reacting to these allegations in a video he shared on his official Instagram page, Bae U said he has been heartbroken and weak since the incident. He noted that he had received every stone thrown at him and blamed himself for the scandal.
Sharing the video, he wrote, “I have Learnt, I am Learning and I will do Better …. Nevertheless , I say Alhamdulilahi 🙏”.

Miss USA 2019, Cheslie Kryst dies at 30 after jumping from NYC apartment in apparent suicide
Miss USA 2019, Cheslie Kryst, has died from suicide at the age of 30.
The former beauty queen and lawyer reportedly jumped from the 60-storey Orion building at 350 W. 42nd Street in the early hours of Sunday, January 30.
Kryst, who lived on the ninth floor of the building, was last seen on a terrace on the 29th floor and she was said to have been alone when she leapt to her death.
Few hours before she jumped, Kryst took to her Instagram page to share a photo of herself with the caption, “May this day bring you rest and peace.”

Her family has confirmed the devastating news in a statement that reads,
“In devastation and great sorrow, we share the passing of our beloved Cheslie.
“Her great light was one that inspired others around the world with her beauty and strength. She cared, she loved, she laughed and she shined.
“Cheslie embodied love and served others, whether through her work as an attorney fighting for social justice, as Miss USA and as a host on EXTRA.
“But most importantly as a daughter, sister, friend, mentor and colleague — we know her impact will live on.”
According to the police, Kryst left a note giving everything to her mother but she didn’t explain why decided to take her own life.
Man caught stealing in a church, hides loot in the church’s toilet (video)
A young Nigerian man identified as Ebuka Iheanacho has been caught stealing from unsuspecting churchgoers in Lagos state.
A video that’s currently serving the rounds online captured the moment the suspect was being interrogated by church members who caught him.
Upon being interrogated he confessed to the crime and also revealed that his mother comes to the church to beg.
It was gathered that the he kept the items he stole in a room in the church. He stole some phones and then hid a bag in a toilet in the building.
The church members interrogating him, said they will be taking him to the police station to report the case.

In the surveillance footage, the man is seen entering the compound of the All Saints Anglican Church, Ketu, Lagos, on Sunday. He made his way into the church and took a seat, pretending to be a member.
