A man who was arrested by the police in Ogun state for allegedly kidnapping a six-year-old child, has said he learned the act of k!dnapping from watching Nollywood Actor Zubby Michael’s movies.
The suspect identified as Ayobamidele Kudus Ayodele allegedly kidnapped the pupil from his school in Ojo Alaba area of Lagos, on November 16, 2021 and kept him hostage for four days until a ransom of over half a million was paid for his release.
According to Vanguard, he said, “Zubby Michael is my favorite Nollywood actor and he is good at k!dnapping roles. I decided to try out some of the methods used by Zubby to k!dnap children and adults in the movies.
I started by visiting several schools around Ojo to see the possibility of picking children without anyone noticing. On November 16, 2021, I visited a school close to Alaba Market and stayed by the gate.
I saw two pupils coming to school. One of them was holding a cane. I stopped them and started chatting with them. I took the cane from one of them and asked where he bought it. He mentioned the place but I told him to take me there. I whispered into his ears that I would buy him chocolates and biscuits.
To avoid drawing attention to myself, I took the boy to an hotel in Ilogbo Eremi, Lagos. I called his father and demanded for additional N2 million. We spent four days there before his family was able to raise N550,000. The boy stayed calm throughout because he had access to my phone which had several games.
I am sorry for causing his family so much pa!n. I am not a cu!tist or an armed robber. I do not have a gang. I just trained myself by watching Zubby Michael. My parents trained me very well, I was just impatient and greedy.”

Ghanaian singer, Stonebwoy has stylishly apologized to Nigerians after he seemingly supported Shatta Wale’s stance that Nigerians don’t show love or do enough to help Ghanaian Music and Artistes.
“As the big family that we are, we all draw diverse creative inspiration from one another – no wonder then that we have similar cultures and values across the continent, and this cross-pollination is clearly shown in our music and sound.
“With the advent of the modern-day nation-state, each independent nation is uniquely gifted in order to contribute its quota to the overall status of Africa’s entertainment and creative arts scene.
“To do this, we must support each other in equal measure. Our brother nation Nigeria has done very well to mark many of the biggest milestones in the entertainment scene and is putting Africa on the global map due to the strength of its population (amongst other qualities).
“Accordingly, our Nigerian brothers must consider that with their great power comes the responsibility of helping to forge a united African front by deliberately allowing music from the other African countries which pollinate Nigerian music to flourish on Nigerian platforms on local and international levels.”Stonebwoy wrote in part.

Aunty, please go to your heaven alone and in peace, thank you! – Mary and Martha that served Christ food (Luke 10:40) and contributed from their resources (Luke8:1-3) were not married. By your distorted standards, they won’t make heaven and you would? – Be there seeing self induced visions. – Below is a biblical, Old Testament marriage template that doesn’t require bride price and as ordered by God himself. – ◄ Deuteronomy 21 ► New Living Translation [10] “Suppose you go out to war against your enemies and the LORD your God hands them over to you, and you take some of them as captives. [11] And suppose you see among the captives a beautiful woman, and you are attracted to her and want to marry her. [12] If this happens, you may take her to your home, where she must shave her head, cut her nails, [13] and change the clothes she was wearing when she was captured. She will stay in your home, but let her mourn for her father and mother for a full month. Then you may marry her, and you will be her husband and she will be your wife.
