Former Big Brother Naija star, Tuoyo Ideh, has expressed gratitude to God for surviving a car accident in Lagos over the weekend.
Taking to his Instagram page, the fitness enthusiast shared a video which showed the state of his car after the accident, and thanked God for saving his life and the lives of those who were in the car with him.
In the video, Tuoyo who bought the car in August 2021, said he would have to change the damaged tyre and air bag.
He wrote,
“Thank God for life , and everyone that was with me😩😩👏👏👏👏. Nothing shall take our life this year in Jesus name Amen🙏😩😩😩😩.”

A while ago, Tuoyo Ideh had a home accident as the POP in his kitchen fell off.
In a video he shared online, the reality show star said he was somewhere else in the apartment when he heard a loud noise from the kitchen.
Upon inspection, he discovered that the POP had fallen off from the ceiling, leaving a mess on the floor.
Fortunately for him, he wasn’t in the kitchen when the accident happened.
He wrote,

A 24-year-old Nigerian man from Kano state, Suleiman Isah, has taken to social media to celebrate his American wife, Janine Sanchez Reimann, on her 48th birthday.
Taking to Facebook, the proud husband shared adorable loved-up photos of them and showered praise on his wife.
He described her as his phenomenal wife and stated that he cherishes every moment they spend together.
“Happy birthday to my phenomenal wife whose love brings me everlasting happiness. Sweetheart, I cherish every moment I get to spend with you. I Love You”. He wrote.
Suleiman Isah, who turned 24 last October, tied the knot with his 48-year-old beau in a grand ceremony which took place in Kano on December 13, 2020, after they met on Instagram.
The wedding was attended by many Nigerians including a former Kaduna senator, Shehu Sani.

In other news, a Nigerian Man identified as Agu Otu Ukwu, has officially married the love of his life, an American lady known as Dinaro Delgado.

Nigerian journalist, David Hundeyin, has taken to Twitter to share his personal love story with a woman he met in Hull University, England.
He shared this in reaction to the viral story of a young man who asked his girlfriend to choose between him and going for a fully-funded Masters program abroad. Read here
According to David, love is never enough in a relationship and it’s okay for a man to let a woman go if he can’t give her what she wants.

“11 years ago in 2011, I got a woman pregnant. We met at Hull Uni during my final year, and it was what you might call a whirlwind romance. She was from a town in Zimbabwe called Kwekwe, and she was 2 years older than me. We were the definition of “opposites attract.”
We fell in love so hard that in just 6 months from when we met in March, we took it for granted that we would get married, have 2 kids and a dog, a nice little house in Market Weighton, her dream Mini Cooper etc.
Bear in mind I was a 21 Y.0 on a visa, without a job or a plan. She on the other hand, was a registered nurse with a solid income, a promising career and UK citizenship. I didn’t recognise the disparity yet because I was still being subsidised by the bank of Mom and Dad. It was all about the love – the fierce purity of the emotion.
See the thing is young men aren’t allowed to “feel” things very often, so when they do “feel” something like I did in 2011, it can possess them and make them absolutely blind to anything and everything else.
So blind in fact that when the parental subsidy ended, I had no plan …”
In August, all I had was about £4,000, my degree certificate and my fierce, burning love for Rachael to my name.
What I should have done was move closer to London or Manchester to find a job. What I did instead was move to Bradford to be closer to Rachael.
No plan.
All I knew was that I loved her and she loved me, so that was that. Everything would work out. It had to work out. Of course it would work out.
I’d get a job in Leeds, and visit her in York every other week, and she’d visit me in Bradford. That’s it.
There was no plan.
Instead of finding a cheap apartment to save money while I looked for a job, I spunked most of that £4,000 on 8 months rent for a deluxe apartment at The Velvet Mill on Lilyceoft Road.
Why? So babe would be comfortable when she came to visit. Lover über alles.
Well apparently it did succeed at the comfort thing, because one day while visiting, she took a pregnancy test in the bathroom and there were double lines. I was going to be a dad at 21.
Bear in mind there was still no plan. Just love, emotional certainty and vibes. Nothing more
Even in that state, I had no doubts in my mind that we would be fine. We would keep the baby, get married etc etc.
Well it turned out to be an ectopic pregnancy, which means it growing inside one of her fallopian tubes, instead of her uterus. The doctors found out late.
She had to undergo emergency keyhole surgery to evacuate not just the foetus, but her entire right ovary.
Overnight, she had lost her first child, and her future childbearing capacity had been halved. All because of some guy from Nigeria whose plan was I-Love-You and inshallah.
You can predict what happened next.
We still hung on for a year while I struggled desperately to get my shit together, but she was clearly no longer in it.
In fact she didn’t even bother to break up properly. In early 2013, I saw a photo of her on Instagram with the new guy.
This new guy was immediately able to give the stability and experiences that I couldn’t then. Vacations in Egypt, all that stuff.
Within a year they were married, and when last I checked in 2019 or so, they had 2 boys and a dog and the exact Mini Cooper she always wanted.
The moral of the story?
As a man, it’s OK to let a woman go because you’re simply not yet at the stage in life where you can give her what she wants, or what she can get with someone else.
There is no zero need to force the issue. Accepting it doesn’t make you a failure.
The simple fact of human evolution is that women have a shorter prime than men. Between 20 and 29, most women aspire to have most of their big landmarks.
Experiences, marriage, kids, material comforts.
Your timeline isn’t the same as theirs, and that is fine. Don’t fight it.
Apart from the fact that you’d just be traumatising yourself for no reason, you can also end up wasting their time by forcing them to choose “love” with you when you’re not ready, over themselves.
They have less time than you – you cannot replace their time. You must let go.
Your “love” is not going to solve their problems or give them the things they want and need. Millions of years of evolution have not shaped them to “wait” for you.It’s neither fair nor unfair. It just is what it is. Don’t traumatise yourself trying to fight evolution. Let go.
Rachael and I loved each other to death back then. Now we’re complete strangers and we haven’t spoken in 9 years – and we’re both living our best lives. She found someone on her own timetable, and for what it’s worth, I did too.
And life goes on. It’s not that deep, honestly.
TLDR: As a man, learn to accept the reality that you do not own the right to a woman’s time and attention, and your timetable is not the same as hers.
Likewise accept that she is just 1 of 4 billion women, so there is no need to traumatise yourself in pursuit of love.
Let go.

A viral video of a clergyman wiping his spit on the face of a church member who volunteered has sparked outrage on social media.
The pastor in the video now serving rounds online is identified as Michael Todd of the Transformation Church in Tulsa. He brought out a huge spittle from his mouth and plastered it on the parishioner’s face.
He did this during a sermon in his church on Sunday to explain why most believers turn their back on Jesus Christ. According to him, the vision from God sometimes comes in a nasty form, which he illustrated by rubbing the spit on the man’s face.

The Lagos state police command has arrested a suspected yahoo boy identified as Afeez Olalere for allegedly killing his younger brother for money ritual.
The 32-year-old while being paraded confessed to the crime and claimed his mother asked him to do it.
According to him, his mother encouraged him to kill his younger brother after a herbalist she took him to told them that he has to “sacrifice one life and that person must be a sibling to him”.
He revealed that they gave his 21-year-old brother poison, and he died after 20 minutes of drinking it.
Speaking further, he said that they removed the body parts they needed while his remains were wrapped and taken to the mortuary.
“My mother took me to an herbalist who told me if I want to be successful in the yahoo business, I will have to sacrifice one life and that person must be a sibling to me.
“The things he would need to prepare a concoction with are his thumbs, his hair, fingers and a passport photograph. So, we went back home and thought about it, then my mother suggested that we use my younger brother since he is just 21 years old.
“She also brought the poison which we gave him to eat. He died within 20minutes after consuming the food. I was the one who cut out the body parts needed. We then wrapped his dead body and headed to the mortuary.” He said.

Nollywood Actor, Imeh Okon, has bemoaned the current rate at which young boys believe in Money Rituals and he called on Nigerians to pay attention to the upbringing of the boy-child in order to put an end to to the diabolic attitude.

Banker allegedly commits suicide in Delta a day after posting “I no longer have a mind of my own because I do things I later regret” on Facebook
A sad report from Delta State has it that a Banker has allegedly taken his own life.
Nwokorie Nnamdi Godson, who until his death, worked as a staff of a new generation bank, hanged himself in Sapele, Delta State on January 16.
A day before he took his own life, Nnamdi had left what turned out to be his suicide note on Facebook in which he talked about struggle with his mind.
His words read ;
“I no longer have a mind of my own. Cos I now do things I later regret. The struggle is not funny any more. I am still good at heart so u know.”

Obi Cubana offers Lagos hawker university scholarship, employment
Nigerian Businessman and socialite, Obi Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana has melted hearts on social media after he offered a roadside-hawker in Lagos employment and a university scholarship.
The Hawker is the same man in the viral video that was seen sharing money to inmates and he has now been rewarded for his kind heart.
Disclosing this in an Instagram live interview with media personality Daddy Freeze, Obi Cubana said: “I am offering him a lifetime opportunity, he has to go to school I think that is his ambition.
“I will see him through the university and if he wants to do Masters abroad , I will make sure he is comfortable while going to school because like I said earlier, that is the best we can do for him.

UNIPORT student allegedly lands in police net after his girlfriend died in his house
An alleged University of Port Harcourt student has reportedly been arrested by the police after his girlfriend died in his room.
According to a Twitter user @TheBriDen who shared the story on the micro-blogging platform, the lady who had gone to her boyfriend’s house to pass the night died in her sleep.
@TheBriDen claimed the young man is still in police custody as his family cannot afford to pay for an autopsy to be carried out on the body of the lady.
“Heard the sad story of a Uniport student currently in police custody because his girlfriend, another Uniport student, died in her sleep in his house after a brief illness. A simple autopsy would show that he is innocent but the family cannot afford one.” His tweet read.
In related news, a 300–level Mathematics Education female student of the Federal University of Oye Ekiti, Ekiti State, identified as one Faderera Oloyede has been discovered dead in an apartment belonging to her boyfriend, Ayo Maliki, in Osun State.
Faderera was found inside her boyfriend’s room at Koko, Iree, Osun State. She was said to have gone to her boyfriend’s place in company with her friend identified as one Kemisola Adewusi, a student of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
According to reports surrounding her demise, her boyfriend had prepared rice for his visitors and while eating the food, the deceased suddenly developed stomach ache and started vomiting.
She, however, died shortly afterwards after efforts to save her life yielded no result. “They tried to save her life but she died after complaining of stomach ache,” one source said.

MC Fish, the husband of popular Nollywood actress, Anita Joseph, has lauded his wife, especially for her submissiveness.
In an interview with Saturday Beats, MC Fish described his wife as a homemaker and noted that most female celebrities cannot submit to their husbands the way his wife does.
According to him, his wife, Anita, is a good companion who understands her responsibilities as a wife in their home.
“I can’t just mention one but a few things. My wife is a homemaker. She respects me in the home, and I can categorically say most celebs cannot even do what she does for me in the house. They can’t be as submissive as Anita Joseph is to me. To top it up, she’s a friend and a good companion. She understands her responsibilities as a wife. “A lot of the people that criticized that video deep down really need love, and the sad part is they have no one showing them love. People should be able to express themselves in whichever way they please, especially if they are married. The truth is that Nigerians like to escape from the reality facing them. Off all the problems in this country, is it the love I’m showing to my wife that people have issues with? Nigerians should learn to face the current issues which we have, including poor electricity supply, insecurity, hunger and poverty.”

A Nigerian lady has revealed she tied the knot with her late sister’s husband after she died during child birth three months ago.
The lady in a video she shared on TikTok said she tied the knot with her late sister’s husband, although she barely knew him, to fulfill her sister’s last wish.
According to her, her sister died during childbirth, and before she passed away, she asked that she marry her husband.
“I’m getting married to my late sister’s ex-husband. She passed away three months ago at child birth. This was her last wish. I am doing this for her. I barely know this man”. The lady wrote.

The enraged lady reportedly took matters into her own hands as her younger sister had always endured.

The 27-year-old singer averred that a person’s sexuality, either gay or straight, doesn’t matter as long as the person is a good person.
According to him, whether a person is gay, straight or whatever sexuality he identifies as, the person should just have a good personality.
He stated that people can discuss their sexuality with God because he is the judge of all.
Taking to Snapchat, Mayorkun wrote, “Straight, gay, whatever, just be a good person. You can discuss your sexuality with God.”
Nigerian businessman reveals why he bought his wife a car
A Nigerian businessman, identified simply as Olatunbosun, has revealed the real reason why he bought his wife a car.
In a post he shared on Twitter, the travel consultant disclosed that he encouraged his wife to take driving lessons and get her driver’s license.
According to him, he also bought her a new car presumably out of love, but the real reason he got her the car was because he was tired of going to the supermarket.
It is believed that the Cyprus-based businessman was tired of running errands for their home and thought it best to get his wife her own car.
He tweeted, “Pushed my wife to learn how to drive, get her license, got her a car and all that, it’s all love from this end. But truly, na because i don taya to dey go supermarket.”
