Anita Okoye, the estranged wife of singer, Paul Okoye, has responded to inquisitive followers who questioned her parenting style and choices.
It can be recalled that Anita recently filed for a divorce from the singer and relocated to the United States with their kids.

BBNaija: Shine Ya housemate, Angel has explained why she played the Head of House game without enthusiasm on Monday, September 13.
Before the games, the 21-year-old housemate was nominated for possible eviction however, she had a chance of saving herself by winning the Head of House game or coming behind as the second runner up and be vested with the veto power to save and replace herself with another housemate.
However, during the games, Angel acted nonchalantly like she didn’t care about winning the game. Although the challenge is a game of luck, the housemates are expected to run with speed and agility but Angel walked majestically with her hands in her pocket.
This didn’t sit right with viewers of the show as she was bashed online for not putting any effort into the game. According to viewers, she should have at least tried to save herself inside the house as this would motivate viewers to vote for her.

Well, the Akwa Ibom-born housemate, in a conversation with Saskay, has now cleared the air about her attitude during the game. According to her, she is not as lucky as the other housemates so she decided not to stress herself.

I picked interest in her while I was training her group but i wasn’t thinking of any serious affair because at that time I was only thinking of graduating with a first class but yet I was distracted by the beauty & candor of the angel amongst men. I decided I was going to be her friend, I found her to be very calm & cool. So we started rolling together as friends, I was always looking forward to seeing her in the fellowship where we spent quality in presence of God with our minds connected to each other.
Each time I am with her I feel peace and love, so I said to myself one day, ‘I think God sent this angel to me’.. I asked God in prayers and he confirmed the she was mine anddddd so I grabbed it 🤩.
12th of November 2016 was her birthday so I went to her hostel very early that morning with a love note hidden in a book I bought for her as her birthday gift. The Nigeria Police Force has arrested a man who uses a fake name on Facebook to lure women and then kidnap them for a ransom.
The suspected online kidnapper, who gave his name as Sadiq Abubakar, was recently paraded by the Police Force and revealed how he perpetrates the crime.
According to the Kogi-born man, he uses the name “Samuel Johnson” to deceive ladies on the popular social networking platform.
His words, “Sometimes they (the women) do send online request and sometimes I do send them friend request, We become friends. I invite them and from there I capture them and ask for a ransom. So that is what I do.”
Speaking further, the suspect said ladies are very easy to deceive and they need to be vigilant and trust no one.
“My advice to young women out there is that they should be careful., trust nobody. Women are very easy to deceive. They should be careful and very sensitive,” he added

A Nigerian lady has warned against the use of contact of lenses after she lost one of her eyes due to it’s usage.
The beautiful young lady in a video that was shared on social media revealed that she was a lover of contact lens until the unfortunate experience that left her with one eye.
According to her, the contacts made her lose the ability to see with her right eye and can only see with the left eye presently.

Popular Nigerian singer, Terry Apala and his friends were robbed on Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos on Monday night, September 14th.
The singer who shared a video of his damaged car on his official Instagram page, revealed they were attacked by cutlass-wielding robbers while they were stuck in traffic last night.
He disclosed that the robbers carted away their phones and other valuable items.
Sharing the video, he wrote, “Omo! Yesternight Night was a bitter experience on the mainland, Got robbed with my guys in traffic. Thank God for life thou 💔🥺”.

An Ebonyi-based shoemaker, Sharon Akpa, is furious after she found out that one of her apprentices has been poaching her customers in her absence.
According to the lady, she found out that this apprentice usually collects the numbers of her customers in her absence and convince them that she’ll make the footwear for them instead of them buying from Sharon’s shop.

In a quite devastating report, a young girl in Benue state has been admitted in a hospital after she was allegedly battered by her stepsister.
A Human rights activist, Ukan Kurugh shared the story online where he revealed that the young girl identified as Ngohol was rescued on Saturday, September 11 from the hands of her stepsister who allegedly physically abused her.
According to Ngohol, her offense was that she closed the door on the finger of her stepsister.
Sharing the incident alongside photos, Ukan wrote,
“At about 2:37 pm, on Saturday, 11th September, 2021, I received a distress call. It was a case of physical abuse of a minor, Ngohol Sonter (exact age not known) by her step sister, Wasen Sonter (names have been changed).
Ngohol was that afternoon severely beaten by her step sister for allegedly not shutting her mouth, thereby revealing happenings at home to neighbours and whoever cares to listen to her.
She was not fortunate that day because concerned neighbours tried to talk her step sister into avoiding the temptation of abusing the little girl. The abuse, which left the minor with bruises all over her body is coming shortly after Ngohol was beaten for allegedly closing the door against the finger of one of her step sister’s children.
Angered by words from neighbours, Wasen took Ngohol into her room, closed the door and gave her the beating of her life.
Ngohol said she receives beating severally in the hands of her step sister daily, though not as bad as that of Saturday.
She is on admission in a private hospital Makurdi. Doctors at the facility are suspecting a case of dislocation in one of the hands.
It is a clear case of abuse as it is beyond child’s discipline. My boss Dr. Mrs Helen Teghtegh had put a call to NAPTIP who came and picked the lady in question to their office while the girl is to continue with her recovery and we are possibly gonna be handing her over to the agency tomorrow officially when she is discharged.”

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Sunday, September 12, 2021 arrested 31 suspected internet fraudsters.
Among those arrested are suspected fraudsters who, a few weeks ago, were seen in a viral video standing on top of their cars and throwing bundles of Naira notes into the air at a popular Plaza in Benin City.
According to reports, they had embarked on a similar mission at the same venue on Sunday before they were intercepted by operatives of the Commission at the exit gate.
Those arrested are Essien Sunday, Joseph Nwosu, Samuel Victor, Abdurahman Abudulahi, Uwaifo Destiny, Osaro Osarere, Favour Oleye, Smart Okunvobo, Oduwa Osahon, Osaretin Blessed, Frank Osas, Aisosa Kelly, Richard Ehigie, Destiny Omoru, Jacob Kelvin, Aker Kelly, Promise Godspower, Lucky Dickson and Osamode Efosa.
Others are Osamuyi Aigbe-Egharevba, Ohumumwen Osaremen, Christopher Momodu, Aigbe Destiny, Eti-osa Osamwonyi, Patrick Benson Osaguna, Victor Kenyei, Marvellous Atiti, Gift Ebuehi, Osayi Casmir, Osahenkhoe Godstime and Paul Okoh.
Items recovered from the suspects at the point of arrest include 13 exotic cars, including: Lexus ES 350, Lexus 350, Lexus RX 350, Lexus ES 350, Lexus RX 350, Lexus RX 350, Lexus IS 350, Toyota Venza, Mercedes C300, Mercedes ML350, Range Rover Evoque, GLK 350 4Matic and Toyota Camry.
Other items are laptop computers, phones, documents and identity cards.
Recently evicted Big Brother Naija housemate, Jackie B, got a surprise visit from two people she holds dear in her life, and it was a very emotional moment.’
Jackie B’s mother and her only son (whom she spoke about throughout the show) paid her a surprise visit, and Jackie couldn’t hold back emotions when she saw them for the first time in weeks.

Popular Nigerian singer, Seun Kuti has advised pastors and Islamic clerics to stop praying for Nigeria but rather fight for the country.
Seun who is the youngest son of late iconic singer, Fela Kuti who in his days used his songs to criticize the excessive of the government, stated that enough of the “pray for Nigeria” phrase.
