Recall that the Dubai-based realtor turn down fellow housemate, Pere’s proposal after he asked out, saying he really likes her.

Big Brother Naija ‘shine ya eye housemate’, Tega and her husband, Ajeboh Aka are celebrating their 4th wedding anniversary today, August 5.
While the mother of one is in the Big Brother house, her husband took to social media to pen a heartfelt note to celebrate her in her absence.
He shared videos which captured some of their romantic moments alongside videos of Tega in the house. In his note he promised to always support his wife and noted that “it’s them against the world”.

Lady allegedly stabs her boyfriend to death in Akwa Ibom, absconds with his Mercedes Benz and N7m (GRAPHIC)
A Nigerian lady, simply identified as Lauretta, has reportedly been arrested for killing her boyfriend and absconding with his car and N7 million in Akwa Ibom.
According to Media and PR expert, Vincent Aluu, who shared the case online, Lauretta stabbed the deceased to death and escaped with his brand new Mercedes Benz 4matic, the car papers and N7m.
Aluu simply identified the deceased as Chukwuemeka and revealed that he was the only son of his parents and was an importer.
According to him, Chukwuemeka was found dead in his bedroom after all efforts made by his business associates to contact him to come and clear his consignments proved abortive.
He added that the suspect was traced and found using the tracking device on the car.
“Using the vehicle tracker, the daughter of Jezebel was traced to a nearby hotel enjoying. Currently, she is singing like a parrot at Ewet Housing Police Station.” Mr Aluu said.
“Chukwuemeka even promised to marry her. Her name is Lauretta from Ogoja. Her Dad is a Police officer. She used to reside along four lanes. She killed him in cold blood, took his 7 million naira, 4matic Mercedes Benz. Went to procure a driver’s license for herself. Requested some Road Safety officers to escort her to Ogoja. What must have instigated her action? Is she alone or there are others.” he added.

It can be recalled that the 29-year-old businessman revealed to the housemates at the beginning of the show that he has dabbled in different businesses and handiworks.
According to him, he has been into buying and selling of clothes and jewelries, transported new vehicles, worked as a show promoter, barber, amongst other things.
Well, it appears White Money is indeed a “jack of all trade” as a video of him advertising his plumbing business while on the job has surfaced online.
In the video, he said his company is specialized in water treatment, sewage disposal, cleaning dirty tanks etc.

#BBNaija: Tega narrates how her brother lost his life over argument involving N2500
Big Brother Naija season 6 housemate, Tega Dominic has narrated how her brother lost his life over a loan of N2500.
Recounting the unfortunate incident which led to her brother’s death, she noted that he borrowed his friend the sum of N2500, he however refused to pay back and when Tega’s late brother asked for his money a fight ensued.
She alleged that after the heated argument about the money the friend reportedly attacked her brother in his hostel with a knife and stabbed him on his neck.
“My brother borrowed his friend N2500 in school and after their examination, he asked for his money but his friend started arguing with him.
He told my brother to call the Police because he refused to refund the money and they had an argument. After the issue, others separated them and they went to their hostel.
“All of sudden the guy whose room was upstairs came down with a knife and stabbed my brother on his neck.” She said
She stated that although he was immediately rushed to the hospital, he was left unattended to until the family provided a police report.

Nigerian crossdressers, Jay Boogie and Dee Vah has taken to social media to drag their colleague, Bobrisky to filth.
The duo in a video shared on Instagram expressed their displeasure as they noted that the controversial crossdresser, Bob is a bad representation of their community.
Jay Boogie and Dee Vah who noted that they were speaking on behalf of the trans community berated Bobrisky for tagging them “upcoming Brobriskys” in one of his posts and constantly claiming to be the “queen”.
They urged him to come down from his high horse while reminding him that pride comes before a fall.
In a lengthy Instagram post, Jay Boogie wrote,

BBNaija: Shine Ya Eye housemate, White Money lost his cool after his fellow housemate, Maria, threw her food away over an uncomfortable discussion.
It all started when the housemate were having a conversation about cleaning the house and toilet, while they were all eating on the dinning table.
The constant mention of “poo” and “urine” apparently disgusted Maria because she was eating, so she warned them to stop talking about it but they didn’t listen.
In a fit of rage, she flung her food into the sink and stomped away from the dining area. This didn’t sit well with the other housemates as they called her out for being rude; the Head of House, Boma, also confronted her.
White Money, who cooked the food, was infuriated because Maria wasted her food when the housemates are always complaining of being underfed.
According to him, Maria could have just left the dinning area if she wasn’t comfortable with the conversation, instead of throwing the food away.

Big Brother Naija season 6 housemates, Niyi and Cross had a heated argument on Thursday morning, August 5, over slices of bread.
Cross flared up when Niyi collected the remaining slices of bread. According to Cross, Niyi had said that the amount of bread to be taken is based on the housemates arrival to the dining.
Cross said, “Why will you say that a person that comes first is supposed to take more?”
In response Niyi who denied Cross’ claims said, “What are you saying? How will I say a person that comes first is supposed to take more? Does it make sense to you?”
Cross, “That was why I was shocked because you said it.”
Niyi however insisted that he didn’t make any comment about the slices of bread and refused to show remorse despite Cross’ persistent claim.
Cross, “But you said it now, you said it here. If you want to say you’re sorry that you said it as a wrong statement, I’ll understand but you said it.”
Niyi, “Everybody has taken bread before I went to take it. I even felt like I was the last person. Do you understand? There’s no first come, first serve. Stop saying first come, first serve.”
“But that’s what you said now,” Cross insisted
An angry Niyi walked out while insisting that Cross’ claims are false, “I didn’t say come first, come serve. I don’t like it. Stop calling my name and associating my name with bread. It’s very very sick”.
Amidst the exchange, Whitemoney could be heard jokingly saying “man shall not live by bread alone.”

“Time places value on everything” — Actor, Sylvester Madu says as he recounts how people ‘stole, killed, fornicated and lost their virginity’ to have a blackberry phone
Veteran actor, Sylvester Madu has advised people make money legally because those materials things they acquire illegally will eventually lose value.
Citing an example of popular phone brand, Blackberry, the Nollywood star recounted how some people stole, killed, fornicated and lost their virginity just because they wanted to own the phone.
According to him, he borrowed money to buy a Blackberry Passport when it was in vogue but now, the phone is lying fallow in his house. He noted that time places value on everything in life and those trending things will eventually become old-fashioned.
In the post he shared on his Instagram page, Sylvester threw a subtle shade at embattled Nigerian socialite, Hushpuppi, who used to flaunt his luxurious possessions on social media but is currently in jail for internet fraud.

Niger Delta University student cries out after rats chewed N30k she kept inside her ‘kolo’
A student of Niger Delta University has been left in total shock and despair after discovering that rodents chewed up the money she saved in her piggy bank.
The misfortune of the lady, identified as Anita was shared online and as can be seen in photos shared, naira notes that were saved up in her kolo had been damaged by rodents.
Giving the update of her unfortunate loss, Anita wrote,

In related news, almost a year ago, we shared the story of a lady who was left devastated after finding N7,000 and some change in her savings box “kolo”, after months of saving large sums of money.
According to her, she bought the savings box “kolo” from a local seller months prior to opening it and had been saving judiciously since then. Based on her mental calculation, her total savings should be almost N100,000.

Big Brother Naija housemate, Angel, recently broke down in tears as she recollected how life hasn’t been fair to her.
Recall that Angel first opened up on her battle with depression a few days into the house ; she revealed that her mother tried to abort her severally but later had her…. Her grandmother whom she really loved and took care of when she had dementia died, and when she tried to give love a chance, her boyfriend also died.
All these and many more always made her fall into depression and changes her mood from time to time
Arin joined her in the crying session, and she tried to console Angel with comforting words.
Arin told her some things are meant to happen in life and we have no control over it.

Bad Belle : Fashion designer narrates how a neighbor used salt to spoil his generator
A Nigerian fashion designer known as Jude skones has taken to his social media page to narrate how his neighbor’s wife destroy his generator.
According to his narration, the neighbor was outraged over the noise emanating from the gen, and that was the reason she did the wicked act.
Sharing the video, he wrote ;
On Sunday morning, one of my staffs sent me this video, apparently he stayed over to finish a job cuz we’ve been on gen for over 2 months because the house have refused to pay the ridiculous light bill passed to us.. so he was about to add fuel to finish up in the morning.
When he noticed that my gen fuel tank filter has been filled with salt.. I passed the video to our apartment WhatsApp and told them this is what I saw and that the case is btw who ever did it and God.. removed what was left from the filter and continued working
I told someone about this.. an elder and he told me the person who did it would come clean… yesterday morning.. a strange number called me.. I picked and it was that of my neighbors wife who confessed to being the one who did it..
Her excuse ? She said someone came to deliver something for her ( a friend) and she had complained about having migraine to the person,, saying it’s Mostly from the generator noise.. so the said friend advised her to add salt to the generator that it will reduce the noise
I was confused as I didn’t know what to say, so i told her to provide this person that gave her that advice… and why she had to do it at night when everyone was asleep.. Cuz I usually turn off the gen by 8… she refused to disclose who the person was…
The husband called apologizing telling me he had nothing to do with it.. I also told him that they need to provide the person who gave the advice so I can at least know where they got the idea from.
Long story short.. the gen stopped working today
