Investigation on the alleged murder of the CEO of Super TV, Uwaifo Osifo Ataga, has revealed that Chidinma Adaora Ojukwu booked the short-let apartment in Lekki where the incident happened using a fake name, Jewel.

The report also indicated that several calls placed to a phone number with which the 21-year-old suspect booked didn’t go through after Ataga’s body was discovered in the room on Wednesday, June 16.

The report in part reads

“Mogbo reported that around 3pm of June 16, 2021, she received a call from her security guard on Adebowale Oshin Street, Lekki Phase I where she has one flat being used as a short let apartment.

She further stated that the security man informed her that one Jewel with a foreign phone number who rented the apartment invited one Usifo Ataga to the apartment yesterday (June 15) and that about 1pm of June 16 when the cleaner wanted to clean the room, he discovered that the door had been broken.

When she (the cleaner) peeped into the room, she discovered that the said Ataga was lying in a pool of blood. All calls put across to the said Jewel to come back to the apartment proved abortive.”

Nigerian Grammy-award winning singer and self-proclaimed African Giant, Burna Boy clocked 30 yesterday, and he had a wonderful celebration.

First he was treated to an elaborated birthday surprise by his close family and we could see the beaming smile on the face of the successful singer.

Another highlight of the day was when his ever supportive mother and manager, Bose Ogulu, carried her son on her back and teased him that he’d lost weight.

She was also filmed praying for her son and she also thanked him for making her a proud mother.

Nigerian singer and Big Brother Naija “Lockdown” winner, Laycon has revealed that he never crossed his mind that he will win the popular reality show.

Laycon said he didn’t see himself winning, that he felt he would just spend a week or two until the viewers feel he’s too boring and decide to vote him out.

Laycon said he did not even expect to win, although he made the finale, and it was until Ebuka called his name, that was when it dawned on him that he’d won.

A popular Instagram comedian who goes by the stage name, Egungun, has taken to his social media page to celebrate moving into his own house.

According to the comedian, about a year ago, he was barely a squatter and he had no hope because he could barely stay at one place at a time, however, God has changed his situation.
