The red dress saga between Mercy Aigbe, Rikaotobyme and a newly wed bride is still lingering on, as Mercy Aigbe has threatened to sue the fashion designer and the newly wedded bride.
In a letter addressed to the bride’s lawyers Capitalfield Attorneys, Aigbe’s lawyer, Nwokeji Ibeakokwu & Co., threatened to sue both the bride and Rikaotobyme for defamation of character.
The bride’s lawyers had on Tuesday made public a letter threatening to sue both Rikaotobyme and Mercy Aigbe to court.
Mercy Aigbe had no contact with the designer, the letter said, as she had contracted a stylist StyledBySeun to style her for her birthday shoot.
The accusation that there was a “deliberate and fraudulent conspiracy” between Rikaotobyme and Mercy Aigbe by the bride’s lawyers was termed as a “malicious allegation.”
Aigbe’s lawyers have asked that the bride tender a public apology, much in the way as the public threat to sue, absolving their client of all blame.
If the apology isn’t tendered within 7 days, the lawyers wrote, then both the bride and the designer will be taken to court for defamation of character.

Mercy go and hide your face in shame, useless celeb, madness fall on you there, you still get mouth to talk, useless forming, better go and apologize well to the bride, return her cloth and pay damages to her for ruining her big day, unless thunder go fall on you. Useless forming everywhere.
