Lebanese chef, Mohammad Baydoun, popularly known as Amazing Chef, has revealed why he moved from Lebanon, his country of origin, to work in Nigeria.

In a recent interview with The Guardian, Amazing Chef explained that he made the move to Nigeria, particularly Lagos, after receiving a job offer.

According to him, he loves Nigeria because he’s able to connect with Nigerians’ vivacious spirit.

“I moved to Lagos because I got a job offer. I like the vibe and the country. It has this amazing vibe, and I have what it takes to match the energy”. He said.

Speaking on why he enjoys working in Nigeria, he said, “I like to work in Nigeria because it has good soil, air, and water, which helps to grow amazing fruit and vegetables, and they also have amazing meats.”

In other news, a lady has taken to Twitter to reveal that her friend relocated her boyfriend from Nigeria to the US because there are no quality men in America.

The Twitter user, who goes by the handle @deenayaah, disclosed that her friend decided to bring her boyfriend over to the US because she couldn’t find a good man in America.

According to @deenayaah, the said boyfriend has been unemployed for three years before he was flown over to the US by her friend.

She went on to say that Nigerian men are among the best in the world, but that women in Nigeria do not appreciate or acknowledge their worth.

She tweeted on Wednesday, July 12,

“A friend of ours actually flew down to Nigeria to get her boyfriend that has been jobless for 3 years since losing his job back to the US, simply because no quality men or in fact no men at all, Nigerian men are one of the best in the world but we don’t value them enough Why?”
