Hoodlums have begun returning items that were looted in Adamawa State.
This action bt the looters was in response to the 12-hour ultimatum given by the Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, to return items stolen from government and private properties.
Recall that the governor gave looters up to 6 a.m. on Wednesday, October 28, to return all looted items and threatened to issue an executive order to enforce a house to house search.
