A new video that was shared online captures the moment that an individual, purported to be Senator Elisha Abbo repeatedly slaps a young man.
The incident which is reported to have occurred at the Senator’s hometown, will be the second time the senator is caught on camera assaulting someone.
In the video, a man who looks and speaks exactly like Abbo can be seen angrily scolding a young man before exiting his car to slap the man repeatedly in Mubi, Adamawa state.
The emergence of the video comes about one year after the senator was captured slapping a nursing mother in a sex toy store in Abuja.
