One of the biggest rapper, when talking about foreign music, Snoop Dogg, took to Instagram to share that he has no desire to participate in the the Grammys after being nominated 17 times in his career with 0 wins.

We thought for sure Snoop would have had at least ONE Grammy by now in his 20+ year career. Guess not.
