Popular Nollywood actress, Jemima Osunde, has reacted after she was questioned about her age following a photo of her Permanent Voter’s Card (PVC) she shared online.

The thespian had taken to her Instagram page to express excitement after she was finally able to collect her PVC after a rigorous process.

Sharing a photo of her PVC on her verified Instagram page, Jemima wrote,

“I’ve gotten my PVC!!!!! Eba mi yin oluwa logoooo 😭🙌🏾💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽 OMG! I’m so happy 😫💃🏽🙌🏾❤️ After about 3 weeks of hullabaloo, I got my PVC and I get to vote! There’s no better time than NOW to exercise that right. We are tired abeg! No light, no fuel, no CASH! This is punishment and I personally do not deserve it🥹🥲. February 25th, lezzz haveet 🙏🏾”.

The actress shared the photo of her PVC without blurring out her date of birth, and this triggered a reaction from a fan who expressed doubt about Jemima’s age.

Taking to the comment section of the post, the fan asked if the age on the PVC is the actress’ real age.

“Na your true age be that?? 1996.” He asked.

On seeing the comment, Jemima gave a sarcastic response to the “doubting Thomas.”

“@kslend_ no, I asked INEC to reduce it for me and they did.” She wrote.
