South African Instagram influencer, Xoli Gcabashe, recently opened up about feeling miserable and sad due to her single status in a video on her YouTube channel.
In the emotional video, the beauty influencer who boasts of over 200,000 followers on Instagram, shed tears while sharing the struggles of being single at the age of 29.
She questioned her worthiness of love and having someone special, expressing her dislike for not having a companion to share things with after a long day.
Despite being rich and famous, with the ability to spend thousands of dollars on a bag, Xoli highlighted that the one thing she strongly desires is missing from her life.
She lamented the difficulty of maintaining faith and belief that she will find a partner when she sees other people easily getting the things she earnestly desires.
Xoli expressed her trust in God and His timing but admitted that waiting for her desire to manifest is becoming tiring.
The vulnerable video has sparked mixed reactions on social media. While some empathized with her and expressed understanding of her feelings, others opined that she shouldn’t have shared her struggles publicly, as it might make people take advantage of her.
