This video (Watch Above) has gone viral on social media since it emerged.
The video shows a man doing what some have condemned as animal cruelty. He was seen actually whipping the animal very hard with a belt.
According to a Twitter user who witnessed the incident, the man in the video began to whip the goat because the animal ate up his jollof rice.
