Kolga LGA Vice Chairman appoints a 118-yr-old woman as his special adviser in Bayelsa

A woman has been appointed as a special adviser for a LGA Vice Chairman in Bayelsa state but her age has got social media users talking.

The woman identified as Mrs. Omonigbalebo Dani Orogono is about 118 years old… (yeah you read that right).

A twitter page with the handle @BayelsaLink shared the news on the micro-blogging site and wrote ;

how can someone born in 1902 when the education system was still in medieval times (if it was even in existence),
that may not be able to move around without aid is an adviser while the young ones are wallowing in joblessness.
