Nigerian author and social commentator, Japheth Omojuwa, is officially engaged to his girlfriend, Demilade Odu.
Omojuwa announced his engagement to his longtime girlfriend on his verified Twitter account on Monday, April 25.
He shared adorable photos from their romantic proposal in 2021 and hinted that they would be tying the knot later this year.
“Here we go! Done deal. So, Q4 2021 I asked @demilade_odu to marry me. And Demi said, “Yes”. Having activated that full transfer, we will be making moves to seal a lifetime deal before the World Cup. Get ready! We’ll be counting on your support and prayers #Oluwademilade22”, he tweeted.

In other news, Japheth Omojuwa, has said that there is nothing wrong in parents seeing their children as their retirement plan.
Taking to his Twitter handle on Tuesday, February 22, the social commentator said it’s okay for parents to see their children as their retirement plan because they sacrifice a lot for their children’s success.
“There is NOTHING wrong in your parents seeing you as their retirement plan. And some of you had better not forget the homes you came from just for twitter banter. Don’t get carried away. They sacrificed everything for your success. You are their retirement plan.” He wrote.
