A lady has taken to social media to call out her church elders for leading people into depression through the sin of gossip.
In her video, the saddened lady tearfully said that she cared less about how much traffic her video got; she was just interested in sending out a message to people she categorized as church women, church daddies, and church elders.
She asked if they knew that the training they give young people in church is actually, in a way, training regr3ts, traumas, and fears. Adding that the little things they goss!p and backbite about people actually cause the victims sleepless nights, panic attacks, and ruin their families and lives. She hopes they know that when they critique people, even in little talks, it makes them lose self-esteem, which creates f3ar.
She critiqued their actions with what the bible teaches, insisting that they are doing things based on their own convictions and not necessarily the way of God. She also reminded them that the g0ssips, and backbiting they engage in are also sins regardless of how minute they might seem. Concluding, she hoped they learn because what their actions are unfair to the coming generation. “You are raising your trauma”, she added.
