Popular Nollywood actor, Alex Ekubo, has jokingly threatened to sue his senior colleague, Chioma Akpotha, over a birthday post she made for him.
Chioma had posted a sweet message on her Instagram page to celebrate Alex, who turned 37 on Monday, April 10, but she also included an embarrassing video of the actor that she filmed at a party they attended together.
In the clip, the talented actor appeared to be in tears because of the Snapchat filter she used to capture his face. She then blamed Omoni Oboli for allegedly making her film the video.
She wrote,
“Happy birthday to my dearest friend and brother @alexxekubo
You are real , nor negativity dwells in you.
God bless you and all that you find hands to do ( you know what )

Reacting, Alex Ekubo jokingly threatened Chioma with legal action for publicly disgracing him with the video. He did, however, thank her for the lovely birthday message.
“My Heroooooooo daaaaaaaalu, but u will hear from my lawyers for the 2nd slide 😩🤣”, he wrote in the comment section.
