Nollywood actor and movie producer, Ebun Oloyede, popularly known as Olaiya Igwe, has stripped to his birthday suit to pray for the victory of his choice candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, in the 2023 presidential election.
The actor posted a video with cinematic effect and soundtrack of the audacious move on his official Instagram page in the early hours of Saturday, December 3.
In the video, Olaiya was stark naked at the beach, offering prayers to God for the success of the All Progressives Congress candidate, Bola Tinubu, whom he tagged the messiah of Nigeria.
He captioned the video,
“It is my pleasure to support a candidate who truly reflects our values and highest ideals. There is one candidate in this election who will protect that dream. One leader who will fight hard to keep the promise of Nigeria for the next generation. And that’s why we must stand up and make ASIWAJU BOLA AHMED TINUBU JAGABAN the next president of Nigeria.”
Meanwhile, the video has stirred an uproar from fans and followers of the actor who expressed disappointment in him for going that length to show his support for his preferred candidate.
An IG user @ola_nitemi wrote, “Omo I like this man pass this kind thing wey he do 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ nobody is again you supporting your so called candidate, Your right Your candidate. But this is not a better way for an older person like you to show his support for his candidate, you can do well baba”
