Nollywood Yoruba comic actor, Olaniyi Afonja popularly known as Sanyeri is celebrating his 46th birthday today, 14th of October, 2020.
Taking to Instagram to acknowledge his big day, the talented movie maker wrote;
“God. Thank you for your mercy and grace which are new every morning since I have been on this planet earth.Thank you for your help to see another birthday of mine.Wishing myself a joyous birthday full of God’s amazing blessings. My being alive and healthy today is as a result of none other than the almighty God. I’ll forever be grateful to you, God. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME”.

Sanyeri who was born in Bola Area of Oyo town Oyo State is the first child of his parents. He had his formal education at St. Michael Primary School, Òkè-èbó, Oyo State and Durbar Grammar School, Oyo Town, Oyo State where he completed his secondary school education. His acting career started in 1992, after joining a theatre group introduced to him by a friend. In 1996, Olaniyi relocated to Lagos State to further his career and has since starred in several Yoruba films.
