American rapper Cardi B has refused to take her estranged husband’s cheating accusation in silence, as she responds in a recent video.
The Grammy-winning singer and mother of three took to Her Instagram in a live session on September 25, 2024, to defend herself from the cheating accusations that Offset, her estranged husband had thrown at her.
The drama started when Cardi declared her separation from Offset and started their ongoing divorce in December 2023, despite being pregnant with their third child.
The divorce proceeding like most celebrity and public divorces has turned messy, with both sides hurling insults and accusations at each other. This time Offset claimed that Cardi had allegedly cheated on him while pregnant with their third child.
This Cardi vehemently refuted during the live session, she revealed that Offset was trying to make the divorce proceeding difficult and threatening “court wars”. She claimed he was doing it because he was unhappy to see her moving on with her life.
She clarified that while she had indeed been with another man during her third pregnancy, she had not cheated as she had already left Offset at this time and had started divorcing him.
She said;
“He’s doing everything to try and make this difficult,”
“N*ggas think that they can f*ck on anything but when I start talking to n*ggas… You wanna play those games with me? We gonna play them games too,”
“Since you want to f*cking threaten me and take my sh*t [properties]… You wanna take my sh*t because I’m moving on? Move on. Why can’t you move on? It’s not fun when mama got the gun, right? It’s not fun when I’m slinging p*ssy, right? Now we are going to court war, right? And I told you, get off my phone. I don’t give a f*ck. I’m tired,”
During the live session, while Cardi was ranting, Offset joined to publicly call her out for sleeping with another man while she was pregnant with their child.
He wrote;
“You f*cked with a baby inside. Tell the truth!”
Surprisingly, hours later in an X (Twitter) post Cardi confirmed that she had indeed been with another man.
“AND DID !!!!!!” she declared.
