A lady took to social media to share how after she and her brother had moved into a particular estate, a family friend who had gotten a new job later moved in with them, and during this visit, one of her friends came to visit.
The day the friend visited, there was no light, so they decided to go charge their phones at a lounge outside the estate. Whilst coming back, her friend made jokes about being kidnapped, seeing the number of unfinished buildings littered in the estate. The lady assured her the neighborhood was secure even at odd hours, and they laughed it off.
At 3 a.m., while they slept in their rooms, the lady overheard loud barks of “barawo (thief)”. She concluded that it was in her dreams until her friend woke her up to tell her armed robbers were in the house.
They peeped out the window and saw armed men threatening to come in and unalive them for trying to raise an alarm. While her brother was trying to make calls, the robb3rs got to the door and were trying to find their way through for almost an hour.
They got frightened, hid their gadgets under their clothes and sat on the bed. While in that anxious state, the lady heard in her spirit to start speaking in tongues. She held her friend and the family friend’s hand and they started praying.
The robb3rs then broke into the room, but to her surprise they could not see them sitting on the bed. They stood there wondering how and where they could have passed without them knowing. They proceeded to her brother’s room, kicked his door and entered, but could not access him because his bathroom door miraculously refused to open. Unable to find anyone the robb3rs took the items they could find and left.
