The Christmas and yuletide seasons came to life at the Murtala Muhammed Local Airport (MMA2). For the second year running, TECNO light-up project lit up the MMA2 local airport on Thursday evening, December 8th, 2022.
The official lighting ceremony, performed by TECNO’s Marketing Manager in Nigeria, Attai Oguche, and the Head of the department, Space and Premises, MMA2, Kola Bamigboye, was witnessed by commuters together with other members of staff.
The event had lots of people present participating in different fun activities before the main event of lighting the terminal. The event attendees had the opportunity to win lovely gifts as they participated in trivia before the terminal’s lighting.
Speaking during the event, TECNO’s Marketing Manager in Nigeria, Attai Oguche noted that the innovative technology brand was pleased to be a part of such a laudable project. He reinforced the brand’s commitment to the fulfillment of their Stop At Nothing mantra which informs all of their innovative creations aimed at making an impact in the society.
The Head of department, Space, and Premises, MMA2 Kola Bamigboye also appreciated the Brand for their continuous support to the beautification of the MMA2 premises. He remarked “Ever since TECNO has been partnering with us, it’s always been a splendid experience. With this partnership, everything always looks wonderful.”
The MMA2 was lit up in fanfare after the evening countdown as the audience felt nostalgic as the lights came up.
With this, the frenzy of the season has now hit full gear. It is hoped that every user of MMA2 will see the lights and remember the message of peace, love, forgiveness, and humanity’s respect that comes with the Christmas season.
