Reality show star, Ka3na Jones, has advised mothers to take regular breaks from parenting to have fun and enjoy themselves.
Speaking in a video she shared on her Instastories, the mother of one who went clubbing last night, March 25, said every mother needs that kind of time off to drink and party.
According to her, the occasional fun breaks will make them happier mothers to their children, instead of being unhappy and weighed down by the burden of parenting.
She empathetically told her fellow moms to “take a break up, party, and do them”.
The 27-year-old star who recently relocated to the UK with her daughter, Laila, after confirming her separation from her husband, said she does this occasionally.
