“Getting old is a privilege” – Actress, Halima Abubabar slams those who call people old as an insult

Nollywood actress, Halima Abubakar has attacked online trolls who call people “old” as a form of insult.

In a post shared via her IG page, the movie star stated that getting old is a privilege from God so shaming people because they are getting older is myopic.

The 35 year-old actress said anyone who insult others with their age doesn’t want to live to a ripe old age.

She shared a stunning photo of herself and wrote:

“Stop thinking calling ppl old, is an insult. It means you don’t want to live long. It is a privilege. Don’t play God. If you respect ur mum & sisters You will never call them old.”

In other news, Halima Abubakar recently advised her followers to stop listening to motivational speakers.

She asked people to “avoid them” and “fear them” for the sake of their mental health.

She added,
