A lady whose partner had promised marriage collapsed and lost her ability to speak after discovering he was set to marry to another lady.
The lady and the guy had been dating for twelve years. She knew his colleagues, his mom and sisters. They had even gone to test her wedding gown and a diamond ring – unknown to her it was for another women.
One of these days, she decided to take food to his office as she usually does. He was in a meeting so she went in and behold what she saw on his table! Printed wedding cards with his name and another woman’s.
As a result of shock she collapsed and never spoke afterwards. Her friend say she cr!ed her eyes out and couldn’t utter a word.

If you add 12 years to that, she is now 30. I don’t believe in these long-term boyfriend-and-girlfriend stories. A man who wants to marry you already knows from the first year – after he has assessed and observed you for that period – whether you are suitable to be called his wife. All this double dating over the years – trial and error, dating multiple people in case one clicks – that’s what this 12-year period is about.
