A lady has come online to share how her cousin quit her job so she could spend more time in church.
According to the lady, her job was no longer allowing her enough time for church activities, so she left to find another job with a flexible schedule. Her cousin asked if she had seen another job before quitting, she said she plans to start looking.

Her cousin then told her that one doesn’t throw away what he has until he has found what he/she wanted. The lady in question didn’t appreciate what the cousin was saying, but the cousin said it had to be said.
“Listen, faith is beautiful. Serving God is important, but wisdom is also part of faith. You don’t jump off the plane and pray for parachute on the way down. You secure the parachute first”, she added.
The cousin also added that bills don’t stop because one is more available for midweek service. Rent doesn’t reduce because one is fasting more. According to her data, transport, feeding does not care for ones spiritual schedules.

In her conclusion if your job is blocking your purpose, you can leave. But make sure you plan it by securing something better before you resign. Have savings and don’t turn faith into f00lishness.

@PrinzAna Quite right, but certain situations will come up and you’d take that bold step to resign, tho church could be those non-negotiables for your friend!! But seeing another job will take a bit
