A lady has come online to share how she cr!ed because she felt unhappy despite working hard and achieving financial stability.
In the video, she addressed the age-old debate about money and happiness: “truly money cannot buy happiness”, she said. Adding to that she said that she knows people will tell her to go and make money first, then check if she will be happy or not . To prove she wasn’t lacking financially, she shared receipts of the amount of money she makes daily.
But she said, despite this inflow of cash she caught herself cry!ng. And her reason was that she was unhappy. She added that she is depressed as they are certain aspects of her life that are not fulfilled. And she had thought that by working hard and making money she would be happy, but that didn’t prove to be true.
She goes ahead to mention the things that money cannot buy which she doesn’t have:
“You see family money cannot buy it, that I don’t have. You see relationship, money cannot buy it, that I don’t have. You see friendship, money cannot buy it, that I don’t have. You see peace, money cannot buy it that I don’t have. There are so many things that money cannot buy, despite the fact that you have so much money you’ll still be unhappy”.
She will conclude with the fact that in ones quest for money, it is important to hold God by the side so as to have a life full of happiness.
