The Instagram user @enigma_ladutchess, who accused a certain Andrew Muller of rape has confirmed that he has been apprehended and will be charged to court.
According to Dutchess, the case is being handled by the Gender-based violence section of the Lagos State Police Headquarters in Ikeja, Lagos State.
“Earlier today at gender section ikeja the rapist and his friend while being moved from lion building vi, to gender section ikj and now in cell,” she wrote moments ago, noting that the “case is being charged to court, thanks to jah finally justice will be served.”
Recall that the sad drama started last week, when the lady revealed all the details of her alleged encounter with Muller who claimed he is comedian Ali Baba’s cousin.
“This b** raped me, beat me up, still threatened to kill me and ruin my life,” Dutchess wrote on her page, adding, “he claims to be alibabas cousin. Please u all should help me fight for my right, i got him arrested and he was begging out of the mercy of my heart i left him just for him to continue with his threat to ruin my life on whatsapp.”

However, the comedian is yet to address the claims he is related to the accused, and Muller has yet to respond to our enquiries.
