Different reactions have trailed a video that was shared on the X(Twitter) which captured the means of transportation used by National Youth Service Corps members in Taraba.

The clip captured over ten Corp members being conveyed on the wooden boat which also carried a minibus filled with their luggage.

The mini-bus was placed at the front side of the boat while the Corp members were asked to stay behind the bus holding onto the waist of one another.

As they crossed over, some of the members were seen panicking while others prayed that they cross over pretty fast.

However, the video has raised concern online, as internet users debated on whether or not students should be posted to the location.

Below are some of the comments,

@chijiokemartin:  If you no see life jacket, why not buy 25litrs gallon and keep it handy to enable U float

@yurithekitty:  I think my uncle served here if it’s anywhere close to kemberi and he mentioned that they offered to build a bridge for them but the people declined cause it’s a means of livelihood for them.

@DaWeird_Caicus:  This isn’t safe in anyway, and I’m sure they were told in camp not to enter any boat without life jacket. And it’s sad that Junior Pope died from a mishap in river just a couple of days ago.

@kvnqDc: I take this life seriously, I can never do this idc, I’ll turn back and be going my papa house…
