A Canada-based Nigerian lawyer has taken to social media to advise men to ensure they marry financially stable women as against their broke counterparts.
The man, identified as @oddy4real on the microblogging platform X, shared this advice after his wealthy wife recently showered him with expensive gifts for his birthday.
On his special day, his wife apparently bought him the latest MacBook and a Gucci perfume, worth thousands of dollars.
Basking in the euphoria of his good fortune, the man shared photos and a video of the luxury gifts and emphasized the importance for men to marry financially stable women.
He wrote,
“Look what wifey got me for my birthday… 2023 MacBook Air and Gucci Perfume 😍😍.
Single guys, make sure you marry a rich woman o, you hear? 😉😎”

In other news, a Nigerian lady, while offering an advise on how intentional people can be, revealed the thoughtful thing an okada rider did for his girlfriend.
While sharing the story on the microblogging platform X, the lady who identified as @mehreeee mentioned that she loved the man’s intentionality.
She began by sharing that the okada man stopped beside the salon where she was getting her hair done to purchase a dress for his girlfriend.
The dress he chose was beyond his budget, and when the lady offered to assist him by paying the remaining balance, he refused.
He then instructed the seller to hold onto the dress and his current cash, as he would return with the remaining balance in a few hours.
