A Nigerian lady has left social media users dumbfounded after she shared the mouth-watering meal her husband prepared for the first time.
In a video shared on TikTok, the lady who identifies as @mummytrevor shared the outcome of the breakfast, her husband prepared for the first time. Apparently, her husband decided to prepare pap and Akara (bean cake) for breakfast.
The lady complained that the akara was burnt and dry; it looked strong and not healthy to consume. She queried if that was how she prepared akara for breakfast.
Her husband claimed that she wasn’t appreciative even though it was his first time for preparing breakfast in bed for his wife.
The man disclosed that he fried the bean cake using palm oil, making his wife shocked as she persistently lamented about the breakfast, although, he prepared the pap well.
Her husband’s cooking skills has attracted hilarious comments from social media users, identifying the bean cake as “Akara cookies” and other amusing names.
Many commended the man’s effort while insisting that the woman should appreciate her man’s cooking skill as he prepared the pap without lumps in it.
