Days after veteran Nollywood actor, Zack Orji, declared support for the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu, netizens have dug out an old video of him asking that the 2023 presidency be zoned out to South-East.
In the video shared online, the veteran actor asserted that the next president of Nigeria should come from the South-Eastern part of Nigeria to ensure equity and national justice.
According to him, it would also ensure peace, unity and national cohesion in the country.
The video however contradicts his recent endorsement of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who is from the Southwestern region of Nigeria, as his choice candidate in the forthcoming election.
Zack had said he’s choosing to support Tinubu for personal and experiential reasons, adding that he knows the presidential aspirant to be a chief crusader for the Democratic consolidation of our country.
