The little boy identified as Sunday was caught by a man who was questioning him on his mission in the building.
In the video the minor said he sneaked into the building to smoke the marijuana saying he had no intention to steal but only to smoke.
Sunday who revealed he’s an apprentice, learning welding said he couldn’t smoke at the site he was working, so he hid the substance from his fellow workers because they must not know he’s smoking.

An Instagram blogger has revealed the identity of the politician who allegedly bought the new G-Wagon for BBNaija star, Mercy Eke.
The Blogger, Gistadict, alleged that the reality TV star did not buy the car with her hard-earned money, rather, it was a gift from a top politician and a member of the Delta State House of Assembly, Friday Ossai Osanebi.
It can be recalled that Mercy Eke flaunted the new Mercedes Benz G-Wagon on social media recently which got netizens buzzing.

Netizens insist hat the prophet be arrested for publicly declaring that he was behind Ada’s predicament as a result of her demeaning statement about him in her comedy skit.
Although, days ago he finally buried the hatchet, and revealed he has forgiven the ailing social media personality.

Ghanaian actress, Akuapem Poloo, who was convicted for posing naked with her child has finally been granted bail.
Recall that social media went agog after the actress was sentenced to 90 days (3 months) in prison for posting the nude photo on her Instagram page, and tons of netizens signed petitions to request for her release.
Finally, On Wednesday, April 21, an Accra High Court granted Akuapem Poloo, ¢80,000 bail with two sureties to be justified.
As part of her bail condition, Poloo has to report to the case investigator every two weeks, and also expected to deposit her passport with the registrar of the court.
The court, presided over by Justice Ruby Aryeetey, said she will only travel with the express permission of the court.
The court further said the applicant has satisfied the four grounds of bail pending appeal.
The application for bail was not opposed by the state who were present in court represented by Senior State Attorney Selasie Kuwornu.
According to him, this is because the State had no control over the length of the appeal which could travel beyond the 90 days jail sentence.
Poloo’s lawyer filed a motion to appeal the 90-day jail sentence . He also filed a motion for bail pending appeal.
Kid comedienne cum actress, Emmanuella has made her international movie debut in an Australian action drama titled ‘Survive Or Die’.
Emmanuella Samuel, the 10-year-old YouTube child comedian on Mark Angel’s YouTube channel featured as a guest star in the movie.
The young star appeared in the movie shot in Australia in 2018, alongside its major cast including Hawa Barnes, Felino Dolloso, and Craig Bourke.
The movie went on a two-year festival tour before its 2020 and 2021 release on Amazon Prime and YouTube respectively.
