Life coach, Solomon Buchi has opined that intentionally farting in the presence of one’s partner is not romantic, but disrespectful.
Buchi made this submission in a post he shared on Twitter. According to him, it is only permissible if it was an accident, otherwise, it is disturbing and shows lack of respect for one’s partner.

“I can never live in a country where everyone is judgmental, phony and extremely hypocritical” – International model, Ify Jones says she won’t raise her kids in Nigeria
Nigerian international model, Ify Yolanda Jones has opined that citizens of Nigeria are closed minded, fake, judgmental, extremely hypocritical and she will be damned if she exposes her future children to that kind of mentality.
According to the New York and LA-based model on her social media page on Friday, April 23, she said she won’t even let her children smell Nigeria talk more of raising them there.
“People are definitely never themselves in this country. I can never live in a country where everyone is so closed minded, first of all judgmental, phony and extremely hypocritical,” she said.
“I ‘d be damned to expose my kids to this Nigerian mentality. Hell, they won’t even smell this country” she added.

A Primary school teacher, identified as Ebenezer Olawuyi, has been arrested for sodomizing two of his male students in Ibadan, Oyo state.
Olawuyi (30) confessed to his crime when he was paraded at the police headquarters in Eleyele, Ibadan, on Thursday, April 22. According to him, he has slept with only two of his male pupils and he didn’t know what led him to it.
The NCE holder also narrated how he defiled the students while speaking to some journalists.
He said,
“It was just two times I did it. They are my students. I had sex through the anus with one of two of my students on different occasions. I don’t have a wife. I am a private primary school teacher. I called the last victim to my house to help me collate scripts while I slept with the second one in the classroom before school hours.”
Speaking on how he convinced them not to tell their parents, Olawuyi said,
“I told them that I want to have sex with them and they didn’t argue. Both of them are between the ages of 11 and 14. I told them not to tell their parents because it has health benefits for them.”
The young man, who claims to have had girlfriends while in school, appealed to the government to come to his aid because it was the devil’s handiwork.
“I think it is the devil. I don’t know what led me to this. I just lost my dad last week. I want the government to help me out of this,” he said.
Nigerian man discovered dead with gunshot wounds to face and head in South Africa; N12m worth of drugs found in his car
The Lwandle Police in Western Cape on Thursday, April 22, revealed that they are in search of clues after a 50-year-old Nigerian man was shot dead in the area.
The deceased was found with bullet wounds to his face and head in the seat of his vehicle at Vulindlela Road in Lwandle on Tuesday evening April 13.
The shooting is believed to have occurred around 18:30, a few metres away from the Lwandle Police Station. A total of 9000 Mandrax tablets valued at R450 000 were also found inside the car.
Spokesperson for the Lwandle Police Department, Sgt Mthokozisi Gama, said officers were alerted to the scene and on their arrival they found the man dead inside the car.
“Police searched the motor vehicle and they found a large quantity of Mandrax tablets stashed in the boot of the car,” he said.
Gama urged anyone with information regarding the murder to contact Lwandle police detective Sgt Bongekile Ntsontso on 021 845 2060.

Dispatch rider almost crushed by truck while collecting money from Naira Marley (Video)
A dispatch rider was almost crushed by a truck in Lagos, while he was trying to collect money from popular Nigerian singer, Naira Marley.
In a video that made it’s way to the internet, the rider narrowly escaped death or being severely injured has he drifted right under an incoming truck.
The driver and his passenger had sighted the marlian president in his car and hailed him profusely, until the ‘koleyewon’ crooner stretched his hand to bless them with cash.
However, while the rider struggled to collect the money from the singer, he lost control of his bike and drifted right under an incoming truck that almost crushed him and his passenger.
In the video a concerned Naira Marley was heard alerting the truck driver to halt his moving truck.
Naira Marley gripped in fear asked the driver to reverse, to save the life of the biker who seemed to be stuck.
The truck driver was able to stop his truck in time and the the biker ended up coming out of it unharmed.

Boyfriend who ‘dated 35 women’ at the same time and told each one he had a different birthday to receive gifts’ is arrested for fraud
Takashi Miyagawa, a serial Japanese dater has been arrested for allegedly dating 35 different women at the same time.
He was arrested for defrauding the 35 women after pretending to be in a serious relationship with each of them.
Miyagawa who is a part-time worker from the Japanese region of Kansai, had told each of the women that his birthday was on a different date in order to receive gifts and cards from them.
Meanwhile, his real birthday is November 13 but he told a 47-year-old lover that his birthday was on February 22, while another victim, 40, said he told her it was in July. A third woman, who is 35, said she believed it was in April.
According to SoraNews24, the total number of victims stands at 35 with the possibility of more coming forwards.
In total, the women have accused Miyagawa of swindling them out of £665 worth of birthday presents, clothes, and cash.
The suspect reportedly met his victims while working for a marketing company selling hydrogen water showerheads and other products.
Investigation revealed Mr.Miyagawa targeted single women and began each relationship with the suggestion he would get married to them.
However, the women ended up forming a victims’ association and reported Miyagawa to the police in February.

Thunder strikes 13 cows dead in Ogun state (Video)
Thunder strike reportedly killed 13 cows in Atan-Ota, a community in Ogun State on Wednesday, April 21st.
According to the community’s traditional chief, the unfortunate incident was a natural occurrence, although strange in the town.
A video showing the dead cows was shared on social media, and netizens have suggested that the cows were killed using “diabolical” powers.
A Twitter user @oke_lanre wrote, “They’ll say it’s Yoruba that killed them cuz it’s sango doing”.

Gov. Dapo Abiodun gifts LASU best graduating student a two-bedroom bungalow and N2m
Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun has gifted a two-bedroom bungalow and N2 million to the 2020 best graduating student of Lagos State University (LASU), Oladimeji Shotunde, an indigene of the state.
Gov. Abiodun announced the donation during the Ogun academic laureates 2021, which held at the Obas Complex, Abeokuta, on Thursday, April 22.
Recall that the 22-year-old academician from the Department of Business Administration in the Faculty of Management Science, graduated with a record-breaking CGPA of 4.95. For his outstanding performance, Governor Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State awarded him with a scholarship and a personal donation of N5million.
According to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), Governor Abiodun also donated a two-bedroom bungalow to Ademola Adeeko, of Baptist Boys High School, Abeokuta, winner of the 2020 African Union Continental Teacher’s Award.
He added that the state would also set up an education endowment fund for Faith Odunsi of the Ambassadors College, Ota, in Ogun, winner of the Global Open Mathematics Tournament.

Woman who set boyfriend’s house ablaze in Benue claims he doesn’t give her transport fare after visiting him
The woman who set her boyfriend’s house ablaze in Benue State, has claimed that he does not give her transport fare back to her village after every visit.
It was earlier reported the unnamed woman set her boyfriend’s house ablaze on Wednesday morning after he left for work and then fled with her meagre belongings.
She was later nabbed by the local vigilante group with the help of neighbours.
Speaking to DailyTrust, a witness who simply gave his name as Joseph, said the woman who frequently visited the man from her village complained that he does not give her transport fare back home.
According to her she relied on her relatives to return home on several occasions and even now that she is pregnant for him.
Joseph revealed that the lady had claimed they quarreled on Tuesday night after she demanded transport fare to return to the village but partly settled the matter.
“Then the following morning, she waited for him to go to work, brought out her few belongings before setting the house on fire. Unfortunately for her, the residents apprehended her before she could disappear from sight. She was handed over to the vigilante but later when her boyfriend was called upon; the community prevailed on them to settle the matter quietly without involving the police”. He said.
Another elderly resident who also witnessed the case buttressed Joseph’s narrative, stressing however that he does not know the whereabouts of the duo after the vigilantes released them.

An heartbroken Zimbabwean man, Peter Mlauzi reportedly committed suicide after discovering that his wife was cheating on him.
According to viral report, 30-year-old Mlauzi hanged himself at his in-law’s house after discovering that his wife, Blessing Manokore was having an extra marital affair.
B-Metro reported that the unfortunate incident happened at Chakaipa Village under Chief Gwesela in Zhombe, Zimbabwe.
Chief Gwesela who confirmed the incident revealed that Mlauzi hanged himself after discovering that his wife was having an affair with another man from the village.
Feeling betrayed, the deceased decided to end his life by hanging himself at his mother-in-law’s homestead.
Chief Gwesela said the community is still trying to come to terms with the unusual incident as Mlauzi’s actions shocked the whole community.
He described the deceased as a very hard-working man, who worked tirelessly as a gold panner to provide for his family and his in-laws.
The village leader also disclosed that he is yet to meet the Manokores so that a cleansing ceremony can be conducted, as they fear that the incident could bring bad omen to the village.

Jubilation as 55-year-old woman gives birth to triplets after many years of marriage
Residents of Otuokpoti community in Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa State have been thrown into celebratory mood after a 55-year-old woman gave birth to triplets.
The first-time mother, identified as Mrs Tegbe Awusaziba, delivered the babies through caesarean section after several years of marriage without the fruit of the womb. Fortunately, both the mother and her babies are said to be perfectly fine.
Following the news of Mrs. Awusaziba’s safe delivery, members of the community went agog and trooped out to celebrate.
Speaking to newsmen, Mrs Awusaziba expressed gratitude to God and said she didn’t believe that she was pregnant at the early stage of her pregnancy, due to her age.

Nigeria overtakes Congo as worst in global access to electricity
Nigeria has overtaken the Democratic Republic of Congo with the highest number of citizens that lack access to electricity.
World Bank Group officials who gave the announcement during a virtual engagement with power reporters in Abuja on the Power Sector Recovery Programme (PSRP), said Nigeria has 25 percent of people without access to electricity.
The international financial agency’s officials revealed that while electrification in the country has been growing at 1.1% yearly since 2010, it has not kept pace with the population growth of 3% yearly. This has increased the deficit by 3 million people to 85m which is 57% of the population.
The group said,
“Nigeria now has the largest number of unelectrified people globally and the trend is worsening; of the electrified, the supply is very unreliable with widespread blackouts.
“Nigeria now has 25% more unelectrified people than the 2nd most unelectrified country (DRC – in absolute terms).”
WBG Practice Manager, West and Central Africa Energy, Ashish Khanna who made the presentation added;
“The power sector is operationally inefficient with unreliable supply exacerbated by high losses and lack of payment discipline.
“Businesses in Nigeria lose about $29 billion annually because of unreliable electricity while Nigerian utilities get paid for only a half of electricity they receive.”
The group also said that its PSRP intervention is helping to change the narrative. It approved $1.25bn between June 2020 and February 2021 to reset the power sector. The bank also said to achieve universal access to electricity by 2030, Nigeria would need to connect over 1 million households yearly while devising means to ensure consumers pay for the electricity consumed.

A while back, the British Royal family reacted to the explosive interview given by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle during their interview with Oprah Winfrey.
During the interview which aired on March 7, the couple made allegations of racism within the palace and a lack of support from the royal family over mental health issues and media intrusion.
On March 9, at about 5:30 p.m. London time, the palace issued a statement on behalf of Queen Elizabeth.

According to Shehu Sani, ladies always have an “uncle from my mother’s side, uncle from my father’s side and distant uncle“.

In other news, Operatives of the Lagos Zonal Office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, arrested Instagram comedian and social media Influencer, Nwagbo Oliver Chidera, also known as Pankeeroy, alongside 34 others for their alleged involvement in computer-related fraud in Lagos.
