A 22-year-old woman who has been charged for allegedly murdering her husband over infidelity had earlier publicly admitted to being a jealous lover.
Faith Okiemute allegedly hacked her husband, Edafe Uniakpor, to death with a machete in the early hours of Monday, March 15, at Ekrejebor axis of Ughelli town in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State.
It was gathered that Faith who is pregnant, had reportedly accused her husband of spending the night with another woman after he didn’t come home that fateful day.
In a Facebook post dated June 9, 2019, Faith, who goes by the nickname, Okiss Gold, had declared that she will become the worst enemy of any woman who goes near her man.
She wrote ;
“I am a freaking jealous lover. If you don’t want to be my worst enemy don’t go near my boo”.

A viral video has captured the moment a pregnant lady confronted her student boyfriend on campus, after he refused to take responsibility for her pregnancy.
It was gathered that the pregnant lady stormed the University of Ghana campus in Accra and accosted her lover who denied being responsible for her pregnancy.
In the video which made its way to the internet, the two were seen engaging in a physical fight, as the lady held on to the boyfriend’s shirt. Meanwhile, the young man kept asking why she decided to embarrass him on campus.

A Lagos based makeup artist, identified as harrison_aesthetics, has called out popular Nigerian crossdresser, Bobrisky over unpaid debt.

Police officers rescue day old baby in Lagos (photos)
Operatives of the Lagos State Police Command on Monday, March 15, rescued a day-old baby boy.
The baby was found by a good Lagosian at Oladejo Street, Oko Oba Lagos on Monday at 10:20pm, who informed the police operatives attached to Abattoir Division of the command. The policemen quickly raced to the scene and picked up the baby for necessary medical attention and safety.
The Commissioner of Police Lagos State, CP Hakeem Odumosu who received the baby in his ikeja office on Tuesday, March 16, ordered the Gender Unit of the command to hand over the baby to the Child Protection Unit of the Ministry of Youth and Social Development of Lagos State.

The two female students of the Olabisi Onibanjo University, Ago-Iwoye in Ogun State who were kidnapped by unknown gunmen on Sunday, March 14, have regained their freedom.
Adeyemo Precious and Oyefule Abiola, of the departments of Forestry and Wildlife Management and Agricultural Economics respectively, were kidnapped in front of their hostel at the Olowu area of Ayetoro on Sunday night.
Those behind the act demanded N50m ransom.
However, Men of the Ogun state police command have secured their release from captivity.

Staff who allegedly stole 20 million Naira company funds to play sports betting is arrested by EFCC
A man working with Procter and Gamble has been arrested by the EFCC for allegedly embezzling over N20m (Twenty Million Naira) company funds to play sports betting.
Emmanuel Chigozie Eze, a 35-year-old Head of Sales for Procter and Gamble, was arrested by operatives of the Uyo Zonal Office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission along ‘K Line area’ of Ewet Housing Estate in Uyo, Akwa Ibom state, following a petition.
The petitioner alleged that Eze used his position as Head of Sales for Procter and Gamble, to supply goods worth over N20m to customers and converted same for personal use.
According to the complainant, the suspect between March 2020 and January 2021, sold goods worth the said amount and fraudulently collected monies from various customers using his personal account rather than the company’s account.
Investigations into the matter revealed that the suspect has severe gambling problem as he spent over N4m placing bets on daily basis with almost nothing to show for it.
Investigations are still ongoing and the suspect will be charged to court once its concluded.

Two OOU students kidnapped by unknown gunmen, N50m ransom demanded
Some unknown gunmen have reportedly abducted two female students of Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU), Ago-Iwoye in Ogun state, on Sunday March 14.
It was gathered that the ladies, identified as Tife and Tosin, were picked up by the gunmen in front of their hostel at the school’s Ayetoro campus in Yewa-North Local Government Area of Ogun State.
According to reports, the kidnappers have contacted the victim’s families and are demanding a ransom of N50 million for the release of the students.
Speaking with DAILY POST, a source said,
“The bandits have gone on a manhunt for a female call card voucher bulk dealer and they were shooting sporadically into the air to gain access to the premises of the lady. When they discovered that the gate was closed and they could not enter the premises, they became wild. Unknown to the female students, who were returning to the same house of abode, they were taken away by the bandits. It was this morning that it became known that they were kidnapped.”
The Ogun State Police Command has confirmed the incident.

22-year-old pregnant woman allegedly hacks her ‘cheating’ husband to death in Delta
A 22-year-old woman, identified as Faith Okiemute, has allegedly hacked her husband to death over alleged infidelity in Delta state.
The incident occurred at Ekrejebor axis of Ughelli town in Ughelli North LGA on Monday, March 15.
According to reports, the pregnant woman allegedly murdered her husband, Edafe Unuakpor (27), with a machete.
It was gathered that after she allegedly killed her husband, she fled the crime scene to the Ughelli ‘A’ Division Police Station to escape jungle justice.
Speaking with Nigerian Tribune, a source said,
“The woman was angry that her husband did not spend the night at home. After his return, she accused him of having been with another woman and macheted him in one of his hands and abdomen.
“She ran to Ughelli ‘A’ Division police to report herself while friends of her husband rushed him to the Ughelli Central Hospital where he was confirmed dead. Angered by his death, the friends brought and dumped his corpse at the entrance of the Ughelli ‘A’ Division of the Nigeria Police which led to sporadic shooting by the police to disperse the crowd.”
The incident was confirmed by the State’s Police acting spokesman, DSP Bright Edafe, who revealed that investigation is ongoing.
It was gathered that the couple has a 2-year-old child child together while the woman has two children from her previous marriage.

Grammy Award: Samklef brags about prophesying Burna Boy’s win
Popular Nigerian singer, Samklef has taken to Twitter to brag about prophesying Burna Boy’s Grammy win in November 2020.
After Burna Boy’s “Twice as Tall” album won the “Best Global Music Album” at the 63rd Grammy Awards, Samklef took to the micro-blogging platform to share news headlines from 2020 as evidence that he indeed saw it coming and prophesied it.
He dubbed himself “the prophet of our time” and asked to be given to credit for his prophecy.

Abroad-based Nigerian man thrown out by his white girlfriend for not cooking (video)
An Abroad-based Nigerian man has been left homeless after his white girlfriend threw him out of the house for not cooking.
The young man was found sleeping on a bench in the freezing cold weather by another Nigerian who filmed the incident and shared it online.
In the video making rounds on social media, the homeless man revealed that he has been with the white woman for 5 months and satisfies her in every way.
However, on the day of the incident, his lover returned home from work and discovered that he had not cook, which annoyed her.
She asked why he had not prepared their meal and he explained that he was too tired and would do it later.
According to him, she threw him and his belongings out of her house, and he didn’t have a choice but to sleep in the streets.
He further added that since he started dating the white woman, he has been suffering but he has to endure the ill-treatment because of papers.

Young Nigerian man allegedly slumps, dies while taking his bath
Amachi Meche, a young Nigerian man reportedly slumped and died while taking his bath on Sunday, March 14th.
According to viral reports the young man who lost his father seven months ago was taking his bath in the bathroom in the early hours of Sunday when he slumped and died.
Amaechi Meche hails from Okutu Town in Nsukka, Enugu State. Friends and family have since taken to Facebook to mourn his demise.
A Facebook user, Sen Chijinkem Ugwuanyi wrote,
“REST in PEACE …… Amachi Meche….. #Michellin, Just to take his bath yesterday he slumped inside bathroom and died……A Jolly Good Fellow from Okutu Town. This Crazy world Sef!”
In related news, friends and family of a young man, identified as Victor Asuquo Akpan, have been thrown into mourning after he allegedly slumped and died while participating in the Nigerian Army screening exercise.
Akpan was reportedly at the Nigerian Army screening exercise in Ibawa, Akwa Ibom State when he slumped and died.
A friend of the deceased who shared the sad story on Facebook revealed that, Akpans body has been s laid to rest.
