A Nigerian doctor identified on Twitter as Dr. Halima, has taken to the micro-blogging platform to call out an alleged lawmaker from Anambra state who wooed her via DM.
She shared screenshots of the chat between herself and the said legislator who identified himself as honourable Obinna.
Based on their chat, it was revealed that the man obtained her number by sending her an email regarding a business proposal.
She wanted to get straight to business but he said honourable said that the business he was referring to is her.
He then promised to take her anywhere around the world as there is surplus money to spend.
However, Halima seemed uncomfortable with the direction of their conversation and posed a question to him on whether she looks hungry.
Displeased with her response, he accused her of being proud and made reference to an old tweet of hers where she spoke on needing a husband.
Nollywood actor, Emem Ufot has miraculously survived a ghastly motor accident involving a 14-passenger bus on Sunday, February 14.
According to reports, the accident occurred around 11.50am at Atoyo inbound Ogbere, along Ijebu Ode/Benin Expressway in Ogun state. Unfortunately, four persons were burnt to dead in the fire.
The actor was one of the 10 persons who escaped being burnt to death in the terrible accident and he took to his Instagram page to express gratitude to God for sparing his life.

A young girl has been apprehended after she went to her school with a gun she intended using to fatally shoot her teacher at Government secondary school Ikot Ewa, Cross-River State.
According to reports, she decided to take the action because the teacher asked her to cut off her colored hair.

Nigerian singing sensation, Davido seems to not be in good terms with former Big Brother Naija housemate, Nengi few months after the latter made an appearance in his “jowo” video.

Nigerian music legend, David Adeleke professionally known as Davido, has reacted to being named among the next 100 influential people on earth.
American magazine publication, TIME, released the much anticipated list on Wednesday afternoon, February 17.
Announcing the list on their verified Instagram page, they wrote,

Popular Nigerian socialite, PrettyMike has been called out on social media for allegedly staging a valentine’s gift presentation.
Recall the internet sensation days ago took to social media to complain that an anonymous admirer sent him a pre-valentine’s day gift.
According to him the anonymous lady dropped the package at his security post without any card or means of identification.

Musk lost about $4.5 billion on Tuesday after Tesla (TSLA) shares fell 2.4%, taking him to second place on the Bloomberg Billionaires Index ranking.
Bezos’ net worth also fell by about $372 million but that was enough to take him to top spot, a position he has held for about three years.

An alleged officer of the Nigerian Police Force, was recently spotted at a popular market preaching in his uniform.
In the video serving rounds online, the police officer was spotted in the market in Anambra state preaching the gospel in his uniform.
The viral video has however stirred mixed reactions on social media, While some applauded the police officer for preaching, others kicked against it saying it is against the law to to preach while in a police uniform.

Taking to her Instagram story, Symba declared her love for Obi just bagged a 10-year jail term for fraud in the U.S, and revealed she wants to visit him in jail.
“I love him. If you know him, tell him I want to come visit him in jail”, She captioned his photo.
Recall that the convicted international fraudster, Obinwanne Okeke, popularly known as Invictus Obi, has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for fraud.
The Nigerian national was sentenced by Chief District Judge, Rebecca Smith, after he was convicted for involvement in a computer-based intrusion fraud scheme that caused approximately $11m in known losses to his victims, according to the judge.
“Through subterfuge and impersonation, Obinwanne Okeke engaged in a multi-year global business email and computer hacking scheme that caused a staggering $11 million in losses to his victims,” said Raj Parekh, Acting U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia.
“Today’s sentence further demonstrates EDVA’s and FBI’s worldwide reach in vigorously pursuing justice on behalf of American victims and others and holding international cybercriminals accountable, no matter where they commit their crimes.” Parekh added
Obinwanne Okeke, 33, operated a group of companies known as the Invictus Group based in Nigeria and abroad.
He was listed on the Forbes 30 under 30 category for his business exploits and wealth.
A 40-year-old suspected ritualist, Adeboye Moshood caught with human parts has been apprehended by The Osun State Police.
The suspect was arrested by a Joint Task Force (JTF) on Tuesday, February 16, in his house at Gbayarin, in Gbongan community, Ayedaade Local Government Area of the state.
It was gathered that one of the suspect’s neighbours perceived the odour around his house and alerted others. They challenged him but he refused to answer them. He instead took the sack away from the house and hid it in a nearby bush.
The neighbours reported the matter to the JTF officials in the area. They discovered the sack where he hid it, found decaying human parts inside and arrested the suspect.
“We don’t know where Moshood got the human parts. We just perceived the odour and asked his wife what was smelling in their house. When Moshood realised that we were suspecting him, he took the bag out of the room and kept it at the backyard. That was where the policemen retrieved it.” said one of the neigbours.
Moshood was later paraded at the Police Command Headquarters in Osogbo with the human parts by the State Police Commissioner, Olokode Olawale.
Speaking to newsmen, the suspect said: “I went to Modakeke on Monday and while I was returning, I stopped at Iwaro when I saw a body on the road. I reasoned that some parts would be useful for me. Then I cut them out for money ritual.”
