The video circulating online displayed the newly wedded couple on a football pitch with the bride holding unto the ball while her husband was stationed at the goalpost.

The singer speaking in a recent interview on the Echoo Room, claimed that if the legendary artist and activist had kept to himself he would have lived longer. He criticized the artist for fighting for Nigerians who weren’t ready to fight for themselves, saying that he should have minded his business and kept to his own affairs.

he said;

“According to what we were told, if Fela had minded his business a little he would have lived longer. But he was busy fighting for Nigerians wey no fight for their selves.”

His bold statements have garnered mixed reactions online, with many claiming that they weren’t even surprised at this point, as the singer is known for speaking out-of-pocket.

Some NYSC corps members have received praise online after appreciating a woman for always providing them water during their service year in Akwa Ibom state.

A corps member who identifies as @chimnonso1 shared the emotional moment his fellow corps members surprised the woman with a honourary salute to appreciate her immeasurable kindness and effort.

He stated that the woman had always provided them with free pump water throughout their one-year service. It wasn’t easy to pump water and give it to corps members for free.

Due to her outstanding effort, they decided to surprise her by saluting her at home on their Passing Out Parade day.
